★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odličan komforan smeštaj, dve spavaće sobe, 2 wc i 1 kupatilo, pogled na more, kuhinja odlično opremljena, siromasnija oprema za odlaganje stvari. Kosta zanimljiv i druzeljubiv lik govori odlično engleski, australijski Grk.
Excellent comfortable accommodation, two bedrooms, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom, sea view, kitchen well equipped, poorer equipment for storing things. Costa an interesting and friendly character speaks excellent English, Australian Greek.

Sve preporuke Kosta je sjajan i njegova zena bas smo se druzili sa njima??? jako su gostoljubivi, apartman je veliki na 2 nivoa kuhinja opremljena 2 toaleta, terasa na spratu sa koje se vidi more, dvoriste sa rostiljem ma sve je super, sve preporuke.. Psakudija je malo mesto preepesaci se za 7 8 min ali kolima je blizu Nikiti i ostala predivna mesta na Sitoniji. Samo kolima ici jer je u samoj Psakudiji dosadno i plaza mi je mnogo lepsa na Nikitiju al je lepo mirno za ljude sa decom idealno ?

All recommendations Kosta is great and his wife we really hung out with them??? they are very hospitable, the apartment is large on 2 levels kitchen equipped with 2 toilets, terrace on the first floor overlooking the sea, yard with a barbecue, everything is great, all the recommendations .. Psakoudia is a small place to walk in 7 8 minutes, but the car is close to Nikita and other beautiful places in Sithonia. Just go by car because it's boring in Psakoudia itself and the beach is much nicer on Nikiti, but it's nice and quiet for people with children, ideal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 9 days vacation here. Everything was perfect here.
First, the owner, Costa, is a huge man, beautiful soul, great behavior. He made our vacation perfect.
Second, the place. Costa's villas are just 4 minutes to the beach. Located on a hill, almost all rooms from the villas have sea view. The rooms are big, everything new inside, all necesary there. The kitchen is fully equiped. There is also air conditioning in one of the rooms.
Beach is nice in this place. You have option for free beach, also for some "paid" beaches, which include sunbeds and some bars. The water was clean during our stay, although at around 25-30m from the sands, inside the water there are some vegetation on the sea. The water is ok even for families with small children, because the slope is very small, you can walk 10m-20m into the see until you can reach 1m of water depth.
The location seems to be not suitable for young people, as in the evening there are not places to have "night life", this place i will recommend for those who want a quite vacation.
For me, vacation was just perfect, so most probably I will come back here
