★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomand cu mare drag. Totul e minunat, curățenie exemplara, parcare acoperita în curte, iar gazdele. ..de nota 10. Oricând m-aș întoarce acolo.
 I highly recommend it. Everything is wonderful, exemplary cleanliness, covered parking in the yard, and the hosts. ..of grade 10. I would always go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from 4 nights stay at Pavloudis Apartments, really great place for your summer trip to Halkidiki.
Psakoudia village has a large beach that is just few minutes away from the apartments. Also many great beaches are in close driving distance from Pavloudis Apartments, so if you are planning to have daily car trips to different beaches and taverns, this is a well situated starting point.
The apartments are kept impeccable clean, facilities, beds and balcony are perfect, there is a bakery just on the back and a large supermarket some 500 meters away.
There is also well-equipped Gym that Ioannis and his wife share with their guests, so if you are looking for place where apart from excellent studio/apartment you will also have a private Gym for a daily work-out - here you go, that's your place.
Highly recommended place for your Summer vacation in Halkidiki :)))

We are usually taking care to get in locations where cleanless is on the first and here is one of the spots. Also the studio was quite big for 2 people. This is one of the 2 best in Greece by now from this point of view. Host helpfull, also gave me information about surroundings. From location point of view, the beaches in the close area are not the ones with sparkly blue water, to get there you need to drive aprox 20 mins; here, walking 10 mins there is a looong of few km sandy beach with clean water. Easy to find and quiet, has also a big yard, good for children, with toys ready for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, real Greek hospitality! The room was cleaned regularly, and everything was beyond expectations, especially compared to other apartments I was in. Much closer to a hotel than to private apartemnt in service. The whole building is quite new and in a goog position, just 10 minutes walk to the beach. Everything you need for a good vacation, my full recommendation!
