★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα καλά πρέπει να λέγονται! Παράδοση μέσα σε 24 ώρες τόσο γρήγορα (πριν τις αναμενόμενες ώρες παράδοσης) που τους πήρα τηλ να ρωτήσω τι ώρα αναμένονται στο χώρο μας (εταιρεία) και το προϊόν είχε ήδη παραδοθεί σε συνάδελφό μου!
Πολλά μπράβο!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μας κοροϊδεύουν ψιλό γαζί !!!!!! Τους περιμένουμε όλη μέρα στο σπίτι για να παραλάβουμε και λένε ότι έρχονται και δε μας βρίσκουν ….. Ούτε χαρτί στην πόρτα ότι ήρθαν και φυσικά στο τηλέφωνο δεν μπορείς να τους βρεις ποτέ !!!
Ποτέ ξανά με τη συγκεκριμένη courier………
They are making fun of us a little !!!!!! We wait for them all day at home to pick them up and they say that they are coming and they will not find us… .. Not even a letter at the door that they came and of course on the phone you can never find them !!!
Never again with this courier ………

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Δεν έχουν μια κοινή γραμμή, άλλα λέει ο ένας υπάλληλος αλλά ο άλλος. Με μεγάλη δυσκολία πραγματοποιείται η τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Ο τελευταίος υπάλληλος που μίλησα δεν δέχτηκε να μου δώσει το όνομα του. Η δική μου αξιολόγηση είναι τουλάχιστον επώνυμη.
Unacceptable. They do not have a common line, one says one employee but the other. Telephone communication is very difficult. The last employee I spoke to refused to give me his name. My assessment is at least branded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αποστολή με χρέωση παραλήπτη είναι δύσκολη και χρονοβόρα. Ζητάνε από τον πελάτη τον κωδικό του καταστήματος που γίνεται επιστροφή του προϊόντος χωρίς φυσικά να τον ξέρει με αποτέλεσμα την ταλαιπωρία του πελάτη.
Τελικά εξυπηρετηθηκα μέσω τηλεφώνου χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.
Μάλλον χρειάζεται καλύτερη εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού του καταστήματος.
Shipping at the recipient's expense is difficult and time consuming. They ask the customer for the store code where the product is returned without of course knowing it, resulting in the customer suffering.
Eventually I was served by phone without any problems.
You probably need better training of the store staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτη ταλαιπωρία! Τα τηλέφωνα δεν τα σηκώνουν ποτέ! 24 ώρες το τηλέφωνο λέει κατειλημμένο! Αποστολή που μας έλεγαν θα παραδοθεί σε 24 ώρες έχουν περάσει 3 μέρες και στον ηλεκτρονικό εντοπισμό το δέμα πηγαίνει μπαλάκι από τον έναν σταθμό στον άλλον. Όταν φάνηκε ότι έφτασε στο clever point και πήγα να το παραλάβω ο άνθρωπος εκεί μου λέει δεν έχω παραλάβει κανένα δέμα. Την επόμενη μέρα ξανά έγινε ανάθεση σε Courier! Ένα μπαχαλο γενικώς!
Unbelievable suffering! Phones never pick them up! 24 hours the phone says busy! Shipping they told us will be delivered in 24 hours 3 days have passed and in the electronic tracking the parcel goes ball from one station to another. When it appeared that it arrived at the clever point and I went to pick it up, the man there told me that I had not received any parcel. The next day a Courier was assigned again! A mess in general!
