Great hostel in a great location. It was such a pleasure to stay there. Thank you ?

There was kind of a deal between the Reception volunteer person and me, maybe not to mention this but I have to... There was nobody when I arrived around hr15 however a welcome card was hung with all the instructions, and bed assignment on a board. there are actually people living there at the hostel, with no check in procedures so kind of risky to everybody. I stayed the night up till like 3 AM because bed bugs were eating me... till I literally collapsed to wake up and find my face and hands are full of bites and blood all over the pillow!! that was my own blood on the pillow getting bitten by bed bugs all night long, imagine what kind of disease I might have caught because of this, any blood transmitted disease maybe? only because I opted for this hostel! the morning after, the Reception volunteer person charged me the full stay when I asked to leave... Then when I explained what happened, he tried to contain the situation but claimed he can't contact the hostel owner because he is a very busy man "but people get blood transmitted diseases are fine!!!".... He claimed he can't just cancel the reservation, so will keep it on and WILL NOT charge me for anything as a sorry. That person has done what he could, but the owner has to be there for such cases, cases of bed bugs... cases of blood on pillows... when it comes to hygiene and health, its fatal! They promised not to charge me, but I had the feeling I should tell my experience to everybody to gwt prepared before booking this place.

The receptionist Asad is very helpful and goes out of his way to help people. He has a strong sense of justice and it really helped us. The rooms are very clean as well

I just stayed 1 night. But it was very nice. The room and the bathroom was clean. The bedroom was a correct size. The staff is nice.

The hostel was okay for £12/nights bunk bed near to the syntagma square. The staffs are very professional and helpful in any aspect. I had only one problem with a Kurdish roommate, he doesn't like me and tried to control me. The manager was helpful and supported. But these kind of room mates might spoil the hostel reputation.

This place is horrible. They have splited one room to make it two. The rooms are so dirty and in my opinion not to any standard. When I arrived my bed was in use and despite the several messages still nothing was ready. And there's no refund. So technically now looking for a hotel to be able to get some sleep.

We didn't actually stay at the hostel but we stopped by asking for help for covid testing centers on Jan 6 when everything closed. The young lady at the front desk was more than helpful, and let us use the internet. From what I saw (the common areas), the place was very clean and the internet was fast. Thank you for your kindness!

The staff and the owner are extremely friendly and helpful, which is one of the key factors of having an actually great hostel experience. Needless to say - the price/location ratio is close to unbeatable. Great hostel!
