V	Vassiliki Paissiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λυπάμαι γιατί έως τώρα η εμπειρία μου όσον αφορά τα ΚΕΠ ήταν άριστη. Λυπάμαι επίσης για τη μία υπάλληλο η οποία είναι και ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Πλήρη άγνοια, λανθασμένη πληροφόρηση για μια από τις πιο απλές διαδικασίες, αγένεια, αδιαφορία και απίστευτο "υφάκι"... Λυπάμαι επίσης που οι αξιολογήσεις τέτοιου είδους υπηρεσιών δεν επηρεάζουν καθόλου τη λειτουργία τους. I am sorry because so far my experience with KEP has been excellent. I also feel sorry for an employee who is both polite and helpful. Complete ignorance, wrong information about one of the simplest procedures, rudeness, indifference and incredible "weft" ... I also regret that the evaluations of such services do not affect their operation at all.

It is a huge solution and they helped us a lot !!! Difficult times and yet they will find the solution !!! Have a little patience and everything will be done !!!

Μου θύμησε το παλιό, ορθόδοξο δημόσιο! :-) And their one star is a lot! Rude, lazy, responsible. Employees definition of the civil servant of the 80's! It reminded me of the old, orthodox public! :-)
C	Christos Iliakopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επρεπε να παμε στα κεπ βουλας για να βγαλουμε αναμνηστικη 3ης δόσης για ατομο που εχει εμβολιαστεί στην Αμερικη. Η αξιότιμη, ευφάνταστη υπάλληλος ηθελε οπωσδήποτε καποια ηλεκτρονική βεβαίωση που αποδεικνυε τον εμβολιασμο καθως οπως ελεγε δεν της εκανε μονο η καρτελα του Αμερικανικου πιστοποιητικου εμβολιασμου(και ας μην ειχε καμια ισχύς το εξτρα έγγραφο). Βλέπετε σύμφωνα με την ιδια αλλη εγκύκλιο ειχε αυτη και αλλα λεει το emvolio.gov.gr . Παντως χαίρομαι που πρωτοστατεί στην αντιμετώπιση της πλαστογραφιας εγγραφων εμβολιασμου για τον κοβιντ στην Ελλάδα(παρολα αυτα ραπιντ τεστ και πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμου για την εισοδο δεν ελεγξε ποτε). We had to go to the parliament to get a 3rd dose souvenir for a person who has been vaccinated in America. The honorable, imaginative employee definitely wanted an online certificate proving the vaccination as she said it was not just the US Vaccination Certificate card (even though the extra document had no validity). You see, according to the same circular, she had another and says emvolio.gov.gr. However, I am glad that he is a pioneer in dealing with the falsification of vaccination documents for Covind in Greece (nevertheless, he never checked a rapid test and a vaccination certificate for entry).
C	Charis Psilopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μας μίλησαν με αγενεια. Είχαμε πάει για μεταβίβαση αυτοκινήτου. Δεν μας άφηναν επειδή δεν είχαμε ραντεβού, παρόλο που δεν είχαν δουλειά. Τους είπαμε ότι δεν είναι κανείς εκεί αλλα δεν μας εξυπηρετουσαν μέχρι που παρακαλουσαμε επι 20 λεπτά επειδή φευγαμε εξωτερικό. Γενικά σε όλη τη διαδικασία έχουν πάντα στο στυλ ότι μας κάνουν χάρη και ότι κάποιες είναι οι κυρίες εκεί. Μιλάνε σαν να είμαστε κατώτεροι. Ειρωνικες επίσης. Κάναμε τη μεταβίβαση και με ρωταγαν μέχρι πότε θα είμαι εξωτερικό για να τους αποδείξω ότι δεν θα κινω το αμάξι, καθώς όπως λένε είναι παράνομο, όταν η μεταβίβαση γίνεται στα κεπ. Για αρχή αυτά είναι προσωπικά δεδομένα. Ρωταγαν μέχρι και ποια μέρα ακριβώς γυρνάω. Σε όλα τα κεπ της Αθήνας λένε ότι κυκλοφορούμε κανονικά, όπως και η αστυνομία. Επίσης σε ολα τα κεπ φέρνουν την άδεια σε έναν μήνα ενώ σε αυτό το κεπ θέλει 3 μήνες λένε. Γενικά όλα αυτά ήταν δικαιολογίες για να μην δουλέψουν. They spoke to us rudely. We went for a car transfer. They did not leave us because we did not have an appointment, even though they did not have a job. We told them that no one was there but they did not serve us until we begged for 20 minutes because we were going abroad. Generally throughout the process they always have in style that they do us a favor and that some of the ladies are there. They talk as if we are inferior. Ironic too. We made the transfer and they asked me how long I would be abroad to prove to them that I would not move the car, as they say it is illegal when the transfer takes place in the cap. For a start, these are personal data. They even asked me exactly what day I would be back. In all the cap of Athens they say that we circulate normally, as well as the police. Also in all cap they bring the license in one month while in this cap it takes 3 months they say. In general, all these were excuses not to work.
