★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alle hier angebotenen Produkte werden auf Basis des auf Kreta reichlich vorhanden Johannisbrot erstellt. Gut, Honig natürlich nicht :-) Der sehr freundliche Besitzer lässt gerne von den Produkten Kisten und erklärt auch die Hintergründe und warum gerade Johannisbrot die Basis ist. Vor längerem kam auch einmal ein Bericht über u.a. dieses Unternehmen in arte. Wer von der Nordküste aus anfährt, kann den angenehmen Geruch schon von weitem wahrnehmen. Ich empfehle einen Besuch.
 All products offered here are created based on the abundant carob bread in Crete. Well, honey of course not :-) The very friendly owner likes to let the products boxes and also explains the background and why just carob is the basis. Some time ago a report about u.a. this company in arte. Those who start from the north coast can perceive the pleasant smell from afar. I recommend a visit.

Although it seemed closed, it was open and very friendly and attentive advice despite the boss not being there. The products could be tried. Great and so unknown article.
