C	Cees on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did spend a very nice week in Kissamos with our family. The villa is very modern and well equipped. The garden and swimming pool are great. The large outside dining area next to the swimming pool is very nice for an outdoor dinner / bbq with a large group. Kissamos centre and seaside are on walking distance and there are multiple nice places for a drink or for dining. Chania, with very nice old center and harbour is a 30 to 40 minutes drive. Also bigger beaches like Falasarna or Elafonissi are nice to go to. For hikers there are many trails all not so far away. Our travel agent Birgitta was very friendly and helpful.

The house is great, fully equipped kitchen which we made use of and the terrace is so amazing and really makes it what it is. Thank you for the memories.
E	Edward Lane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a stunning location and view. We had a super 2 weeks at the villa which was very well equipped and comfortable for our family of 4. Birgitta was very helpful and always quick to respond to questions we had during our stay and the initial essential grocery items provided a super gesture. I would certainly recommend this villa to friends and family however the only criticism I would give is that the broadband is very patchy. All being said the sunsets and atmosphere way outweigh any technology shortcomings and may in fact be a blessing in disguise.
B	Balazs Karsay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have booked the Chrisi apartment in the Seli Village House in Kampos on the west coast to spend about two weeks of parental leave with our 6 months old son in Oktober 2021 . The apartment itself was wonderful, with an amazing view of the mountains and the sea. It was also very well equipped, it really felt like home while we stayed there. As a nice surprise, a welcome a basket of cake, fruits, bread, jam and other food was waiting for us when we arrived. We also got a big bottle of delicious olive oil produced by the apartment’s owner. Kampos is a very charming village. Although small, it has three great tavernas and there are some beautiful hiking paths around the village. After two weeks it felt like we know all the locals, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Communication during the whole time went very smooth, all our questions and requests were quickly answered by Birgitta. She was very kind, helpful, accommodating and professional. We are very glad we’ve came across Birgitta at Crete Retreats and we’ve decided to stay at the Seli village house in Kampos, we can highly recommend both!

Location is Remote for this who like the tranquility, next beach is Elafonisi. Stunning view, house is as promised . Great support from Birgitta, she is always available and helpful. The house is lovely with a personal touch from the owners, it has character.

Birgitta was in constant communication with us and she left fruit, wine and essentials for our stay. The furniture and feel of the apartment was so unique and the outdoors was just the perfect combination for the most relaxing stay in Greece. You get a little bit of everything, the sea, the mountains, the goats walking around the area and close drives to amazing beaches and places to visit! We cannot wait to go back and have a longer stay at this unique spot!

The house is amazing, a traditional cretan house, with most amazing view and beautiful interiors. The perfect description would be: a house for the heart, mind and spirit! We felt great and also very happy to have met Birgitta (our host), who was very helpful and very kind. I recommend this House for all of you who wants to enjoy a beautiful and real Cretan experience.

Everything has just been perfect: - We had a great welcome from Birgitta - The house is stunning clean, new and very well equipped. - The location is just perfect if you want to be surrounded by nature, calm, with this amazing view on the Creta Sea and with absolutely no neighborhood at all. - The infinite pool is very convenient with a breath taking view. - Just get a fresh Rosé wine / Champagne ready for Amazing Sunsets every night ? - We also had the chance to do 2 Yoga cession with Birgitta on the terrace of the Villa. So nice for the body and soul in such a place. We really loved it and we truly recommend it. - And by the way, one night, just shut down all light of the house, and just look at the stars, you never see them anywhere like this, a total blow out... So, it is a 100% satisfaction from us and 100% recommended. Enjoy :)
