Bij de aankoop van ons huis in Kamilari heeft Linda gezorgd voor een correcte afhandeling. Ze heeft ons op een professionele manier begeleid van A tot Z, wat erg belangrijk is in Griekenland gezien de complexe administratieve rompslomp. Ook jaren na de aankoop kan je nog steeds bij haar terecht . Als je op zoek bent naar een eigendom in het zuiden van Kreta is Crete4me absoluut een aanrader !
Crete4me offers an excellent service, which is certainly appreciated by its international clientele. When purchasing our house in Kamilari, Linda has ensured correct handling. She guided us from A to Z in a professional manner, which is very important in Greece given the complex administrative burden. You can still contact her even years after the purchase. If you are looking for a property in the south of Crete, Crete4me is definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to purchase land in order to build a 'retirement' home for myself - Linda (Crete4Me) showed me numerous plots until finally "the one" was found...!!!
She was very professional in the way that she liaised with the Greek seller (who lived in Athens) and was very helpful when it came to dealing with ALL the legalities in pursuing the paperwork through lawyers and accountants - she made a bureaucratic nightmare a walk in the park...!!!
I have lived in Agia Galini for 7 years and am happy to call Linda a friend as well as a fantastic agent...

Linda also works with highly competent lawyers and notaries too which makes the scary prospect of buying a home in a foreign country a breeze. Linda and Nicola also continue to work with us after the purchase of our home concerning building, utilities, banking, furniture, areas of interest, traditions, and other matters that are important to the new home buyer.
