Καλω την τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και μού λενε μπορείτε να πάρετε τα χρήματα σας σε οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα γερμανος/κοσμοτε. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Εμπεγμος και έλλειψη σεβασμού προς τους πελάτες δυστυχώς. Unacceptable service. I went to get a credit for money due to contract termination. I was referred to the headquarters of Kosmote. P	Pop'n'Rock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η Φιλίππα καταπληκτική κοπέλα και άριστη επαγγελματίας, εχω επισκεφθεί το καταστημα δύο φορες σε δυο διαφορετικες στιγμες και παντα με εξυπηρετεί η ίδια για μεταφορά διευθυνσης για ίντερνετ, βαζω καλη κριτική στο μαγαζί εξαιτίας της συγκεκριμένης υπαλλήλου. Επίσης αν το διαβαζει αυτο κάποιος αρμόδιος, εχετε υποψην οτι το να έχετε συνέχεια ορθιους τους υπαλλήλους επί ωρες ειναι αντιδεοντολογικο για τους ανθρώπους που δουλεύουν και επισης με αγχωνει και με εκνευρίζει ως πελάτης σας που ειμαι χρόνια.Αλλαξτε το, δειχνετε οτι δεν σεβεστε το προσωπικό της εταιρείας. Filippa is an amazing girl and an excellent professional, I have visited the store twice in two different times and she always serves me for transferring internet address, I put good criticism in the store because of the specific employee. Also, if someone in charge reads this, keep in mind that having employees constantly standing for hours is unethical for people who work and also stresses and irritates me as a client that I have been for years. Change it, show that you do not respect the staff the company's.
