Several years ago this hotel was superb...today BIG disappointment, from the start to the end. Don't waste your money, book something else. Service, food, rooms...nothing is 5 star

If you plan to come here, be ready to get up early every single morning in reason to have sun bed. And it is not sure you will get one. Guests are reserving sun beds and hotel is not interested to solve this problem, which is completely unaccceptable for 5-star hotel. The staff is kind, the food is ok but not as it should be in 5-star hotel, the door on the bathroom is made of glass and with no keyhole so you can not grant to have privacy. In my opinion, this hotel should rather be ranged as 4-star hotel and all in all, I would not reccomend it to my friends.

It is not too bad. Seen better but its ok. Not so much fun because of Covid situation but see is beautiful, kids love the pool, food is Greece and so much more. Thank the staff for pleasent moments.

Hotel is very nice, mostly family with kids are coming. What I do not like is the sea, around 9 am there are bubbles in the sea, it looks dirty and I hope it is not what comes first on my mind. Other things are very good, Platamon and Nei Pori are very close, so a lot of space to walk.

Only problem is bed in apartments, seems that need to be replaced. Food is usually, nothing special, and can boring after couple days, breakfast is best, especially bacon and pancakes. On beach can found place if arriving up to 10 am Room is cleaning every day, and changing towels and bad sheets. Not like 5 stars on Sithonia hotels but for this prices is OK

Pros: The location is really good and the area is beautiful, there was a private beach in front of the hotel, the splash park was really nice for young children. Cons: --The food that was served in the restaurant was unacceptable and the quality of the products that were used was really low. --The bed sheets were dirty with stains and had holes, they were obviously overused and need to be changed. --The staff was a little rude, for example, the cleaning ladies were disrespecting our privacy by opening the door while we were inside the room, whithout knocking first. --There were not enough sunbeds for all the hotel guests at the beach. -- The beds' mattresses were very uncomfortable and hard. --The Internet connection was low. --There was no bell-boy to carry our luggage when we arrived or when we left, something unacceptable for a 5 star resort. --Finally, the gym in the resort was closed due to COVID-19, even though the rest of the gyms in Greece and in other resorts are open for all the fully-vaccinated citizens. Extra comments: Our experience in the hotel was not the best and we would definitely not consider this resort as a 5 star one. The services did not respond to the money that we spent and, as a family, we will never come back here and we would NOT RECOMMEND.

This is not a classical 5 stars hotel. The price is too high, but the quality is too low. The first day I was a little bit in chock, understanding that have been cheated by nice photos and videos of hotels information. Personal stuff at the reception aren’t professional, but I’m really appreciate a good job of Mr. Christos at the buffet, who has tried to manage all hungry guest of the hotel. What I will really recommended families who has kids is to buy a one day ticket for a swimming pool and have an apartment in another place. Stuff at the swimming pools works really great and tacking care about kids and adults!

More precisely, on the beach itself, they charge on the right side and to us who paid for ULTRA all inclusive. It is maximally incorrect for a family with small children to arrive earlier and they ask for € 10 per person for earlier registration.
