★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful view, but food average at best. Poor service, main dish arrived in the middle of starters. One waiter who didn't serve my table patted my shoulder while coming back from other table while I was fighting with a burnt steak. I found this behaviour unpleasant. Very poor white wine, the worst we have had on the island. No pita bread, only bread available, was a surprise as well Overall I wouldn't come back and recommend to anybody unless you go for a sunset and having a beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view of the terrace is breath taking and worth the stop! Some other tavernas along the road seemed to have a more musical atmosphere but the stop at the Cross Taverna is a must if in the region.
Both of us took the fresh fish of the day, prepared at the grill with some raw vegetables. The fish was delicious, simply prepared but super tasty. The sides were a bit too basic. The Baklava was well prepared.
The service was first super rapid but then forgot us and the table around ours for an hour between the main dish and the dessert. This enabled us to make sure we'd see the sunset, but was nevertheless a bit too long.
Prices are reasonable considering the location. Booking highly recommended if you want to secure one of the tables with the best view

A wonderful place, that during the day, just takes away from the message and sad state of this island!
