I visited this store a week ago ... The shape and the work in general is very good! But a little attention to the quality of the materials you use ... The girl put a material in my beating which burned my finger!

I visited the store a few days ago and my visit was generally mediocre. Initially my nails were about half a nail above the skin and I had lengthened them because I wanted a specific design that required a large base. The girl who took me on then asked me if I wanted to shorten them and I answered her a little. Little did I know that this would mean filing almost all of the nail that had been created, leaving not even half of it protruding from my skin (1). I said to skip it as I have a fairly large base and I said we would find the edge. She started making my drawing and in the middle she went to put another color on me than what she had because she may have forgotten or not paid attention to her work (2). Then while making the drawing she did not pay any attention to the image I had shown her and she was drawing something that looked like so I stopped her and explained to her what she was doing wrong (3). I accept that the girl may not have had the best day so far but I have never seen such unprofessionalism. He could show me a nail before continuing on everything as it was difficult to see what he was doing with the protector in front and in the end he would tell me that he could not do it and so I could choose a different design since the process had already started. The reason I chose this store was the fact that it is affordable and they make incredible designs but apparently it was not worth my experience.

Excellent friendly staff, amazing results in services from all the girls, clean workplace and detailed work. After many tests in various stores in Heraklion, I do not change them with anything. Each time I am just as happy with both the service and the result.
