M	MARIA POLITI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Στις 17:30 κλείνουν τα φώτα και κάθονται μέσα μέχρι τις 18:00. Δεν σε εξυπηρετούν και το προσωπικό δεν είναι καθόλου ευγενικό. Αλλάξτε τουλάχιστον το ωράριο σε 17:30. Ερχόμαστε από μακριά και φεύγουμε με άδεια χέρια. Unacceptable service. At 17:30 the lights go out and they sit inside until 18:00. Μάλιστα, ενώ πήγα 6 παρά να παραλάβω αυτοπροσώπως το πάσο μου, δεν με εξυπηρέτησαν λέγοντας μου ότι λειτουργούν μόνο μέχρι τις 5:30 ενώ το ωράριο στο διαδίκτυο γράφει μέχρι 6. Ανελέητα επιθετικό μάρκετινγκ, το οποίο πολλές φορές ξεπερνά τα όρια του θεμιτού. Κάκιστη συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων, οι οποίοι δυστυχώς φαίνεται να ξεχνούν ότι δεν απευθύνονται σε πελάτες οι οποίοι αυτοβούλως πήγαν στο κατάστημα, αλλά σε φοιτητές που αναγκάζονται να υποστούν όλη αυτή την διαδικασία για να παραλάβουν κάτι το οποίο διανέμεται δωρεάν και (προπαντός) είναι τελείως άσχετο με τις υπηρεσίες τους. Κατά την γνώμη μου η ευθύνη δεν ανήκει ( φυσικά ) στους εργαζομένους, ούτε καν στην εταιρία, αλλά σε αυτούς που τους παραχώρησαν το δικαίωμα για να τα κάνουν όλα αυτά. Μου είπανε πως δεν έχουμε pos για να κάνω την αγορά και έψαχνα να βρω ψιλά γιατί παραδόξως ούτε μετρητά για να χαλάσουν είχαν! Όταν γύρισα δε και τους έδωσα τα ψιλά μου προώθησε ένα πακέτο για τον αριθμό μου το οποίο με σύμφερε μιας και ήθελα να βάλω κάρτα Και το δέχτηκα και μου λέει η κοπέλα "μετρητά ή κάρτα "; Δεν είναι κάποιο ποσό που δεν μπορώ να πληρώσω 1,6€ προφανώς αλλά όταν καταλαβαίνεις ότι σε κοροϊδεύουν και σε κάνουν να πιστέψεις ότι είσαι υποχρεωμένος να πληρώσεις ένα ποσό το οποίο και καλά θα πάρει το κράτος αλλά στην τελική πάει στις τσέπες τους,τουλάχιστον εκνευρίζεσαι .
