Admittedly, I never went to this salon. I had been looking at it for awhile, trying to decide if I wanted to go here but ultimately decided on a different salon that gave me a 2 star level of service. Hence, when Google's algorithm prompted me to leave a review for a salon in Athens, I thought I would leave what I thought was a fair review. Unbeknownst to me, I left that review for the incorrect salon, and then got more than I bargained for with the owner of the salon. She found me through Instagram and Facebook, where she has been messaging me, questioning my rating and demanding I change or remove my review. She questioned the time of day I left my review, stating it was "weird to let 2 stars at 3am." After explaining that I had gone to the US just after getting my hair cut so that was a likely reason for the late review, I was then told "I actually don't really care of when you leaved the review." The level of customer service, towards someone who wasn't even a customer, which I had confirmed for her twice, dropped from there and the owner became more rude and blamed it on her not being fluent in English. After reading another response from her on a different two star review (that was written in French), it's evident that she is likely to respond extremely rudely and negatively to anyone who didn't have the perfect salon experience and will attack anyone who expresses their discontent with the salon. She again asked that I remove my two star review. More than once, she suggested that I had left the review to essentially ruin her business and that she was going to work with Google to delete my review. Had she approached me with a kinder manner and treated me with respect and courtesy, as basic customer service requires, I would have taken away my rating of two stars. As it stands, I feel it appropriate to leave a review not about the salon or their hair services, as I've never experienced them myself, but for the customer service I received, not even being a customer or ever having stepped foot in the establishment. I will keep my two star review as is and hope that it helps others decide how to proceed from there.

Not very happy with the experience to be honest. I am sure the hairdresser has experience but I did feel he didn’t pay attention to how my hair-type was or what I wanted,which is important (after cutting my hair he needed a picture to know how my hair was before, as he had not checked in the first place when I arrived to the salon), and when I feedback his attitude made me feel uncomfortable as he was notably upset (as if what I wanted was not trendy which is the last of my concerned). To ensure the best experience I highly recommend to express yourself clearly on what cut you want and make sure you both understand it, as I really regret having gone there. I must say the woman is super friendly , lovely and kind, and reassured me.

Really nice hair salon with two professionals who are sharing all their knowledge in hair styling. A must go if you're in town!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING !!! I visited the salon for the first time on my civil wedding day for a balayage, haircut and hairstyling! Yes, I know this sounds risky but based on the reviews I read on Google I knew I could trust Marie and Sébastien and I was right!!!! I was SO happy with the results, everything was just perfect - my balayage was exactly how I needed it to be, very soft and natural, the cut was perfect and so was the styling ! My mother got a hair cut and hairstyling and my best friend a hairstyling and both of them were THRILLED with the result! I spent 5h30 in the salon, time just flew by as my experience was just amazing - Marie and Sébastien are adorable, very professional and super friendly and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely go back anytime I need any hair care in Athens!

Really amazing hair saloon! So professional in a very friendly atmosphere! My hair cut is just perfect, love it! They know exactly how to handle a lot of thick hair to make them nice naturally!! They use great product and my color is very natural. They take really care of our hair giving all their attention time to make them just beautiful!! Thanks a lot guys, I found my hair saloon which wasn't easy for me as I was used to be very loyal to my previous parisian saloon. Thanks but also for your amazing energy!! See you soon!

Fantastic experience.....went in for color and haircut after extensively researching my options here in Athens. Run by two extremely talented people, one a colorist and the other a stylist. They do celebrity hair so I figured I had less to lose. :) And had a great experience. Both are experts, came out with perfect color on my blonde fine hair, and an amazing cut. Great value too. Very highly recommend!

The place is run by two lovely people, Marie and Sebastian. I went there for balayage and a haircut, which ended up with a very satisfying result! They know what they are doing for sure and add their taste in what you want for your hair. Also very nice and kind company during the process! What else you could wish for a hair session. The best hair salon you can have in Athens and surely in Greece! Definitely a real French experience and service. The knowledge, the quality is perfect ?? ! I highly recommend it but don't go there if you refuse to be advised by these high level professionals. Because I read the comments that some people put really they are not rude at all just very honest and I would like to add that a hairdresser is also a facialist so he is there to recommend you what suits you best which they do and it is very much appreciated by someone like me who is curvy. Thank you for saving my hair !!!???
