L	Lia Karli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ έχεις κλείσει ραντεβού, ενετη 2021 έρχεται έξω από την πόρτα υπαλλήλος προησταμενη και σε ρωτά μπροστά σε κόσμο τι ακριβώς θέλεις και ενώ διευκρινίζει ς ότι αυτό που σου εξηγεί δεν το βρίσκεις με τον τρόπο που σου λέει σε παραπέμπει σε άλλου είδους υπηρεσία και κλείνει η πόρτα. Απλά απαράδεκτοι. While you have made an appointment, Venetian 2021 an outside employee comes out of the door and asks you in front of people what exactly you want and while he clarifies that what he explains to you you do not find in the way he tells you he refers you to another type of service door. Just unacceptable.

They do not answer! And why it is by appointment and not free like the other KEP; are unacceptable and with audacity, there were 4 people (employee) and they do not work!
d	dimitragiorgos dimitragiorgos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τεμπελες, καθόλου εξυπηρετικές, περίμενα σαράντα λεπτά να τελειώσουν το κουτσομπολιό για να με εξυπηρετήσουν.Αχρηστες εκτός από την κυρία της υποδοχής.Ηταν τέσσερις κ εξυπηρετούσε μόνο η μία και έξω περίμενε ουρά ο κόσμος.,Είχαν ένα κύριο σαράντα λεπτά για να του εκτυπώσουν ένα πιστοποιητικό.Και στην τελική τι με νοιάζουν εμένα τα προσωπικά σου "κυρία" μου; Ντροπή Lazy, not at all helpful, I waited forty minutes for the gossip to end to serve me. Useless except for the hostess. It was four and only one was serving and people were waiting in line outside. They had a main forty minutes to print a certificate. And in the end, what do I care about your personal "lady"? Shame
4	40 Eco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ντροπή των ΚΕΠ! Αργόσχολοι τεμπελχανάδες δεν εξυπηρετούν τίποτα και κανέναν. Ρεμάλια δεν απαντούν ουτε τηλέφωνο ούτε τίποτα. Shame on KEP! Lollipops do not serve anything or anyone. Remalia do not answer either phone or anything.

Οι εργαζόμενοι εκεί δεν εξυπηρετούν, σου μιλάνε με άσχημο τρόπο, καθόλου ευγενικό, δεν γνωρίζουν τη δουλειά τους και μόνο εάν τους κάνεις προσωπική αναφορά στου Υπουργείο αποφασίζουν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν. Επίσης, δεν απαντάνε στα τηλέφωνα, βάζουν κόσμο χωρίς ραντεβού (το οποίο είναι κατά του νόμου). Τέλος, τσακώνονται μεταξύ τους, ουρλιάζοντας, δείχνοντας μια εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά στους πελάτες και αυτό επιβεβαιώνεται και από το γενικό κομμάτι της εξυπηρέτησης. Καλό είναι ένα Κέντρο Εξυπηρέτησης Πολιτών, να εξυπηρετεί όντως το κοινό και να μη του βγάζει το λάδι για απλές, τυπικές διαδικασίες των 5--15 λεπτών. The name "Citizens' Service Center" is ironic. By far the worst experience I have ever had in terms of "service". The employees there do not serve, they talk to you in a bad way, not at all polite, they do not know their job and only if you report them personally to the Ministry do they decide to serve you. Also, they do not answer the phones, they put people without an appointment (which is against the law). Finally, they fight with each other, screaming, showing a completely unprofessional behavior to customers and this is confirmed by the general part of the service. It is good for a Citizens' Service Center to really serve the public and not get the oil out of it for simple, standard procedures of 5--15 minutes.
n	neckris aram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά προσπαθούν να σε διώξουν. Έκανα την ίδια δουλειά σε αλλο ΚΕΠ, ενώ η κυρία υπάλληλος ορκίζονταν οτι δεν γίνεται από την ίδια. They are just trying to chase you away. I did the same job in another KEP, while the main employee swore that it was not done by her.

The lady who served me was rude and unhelpful. They had locked the door during operation. Voices and volume instead of normal speech behavior.
