Είναι κρίμα που έχουμε ανάγκη για βοήθεια κ μας γειώνετε ... Λυπάμαι They never pick up the phones. The staff with a few exceptions are abrupt and mostly rude. It is a pity that we need help and you are grounding us ... I am sorry
A	Afroditi Balafouti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήταν 4 υπάλληλοι μέσα στο γραφείο. Οι 3 (μαζί και η κοπέλα που μας εξυπηρέτησε) ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν.Ωστόσο η 4η υπάλληλος χαλούσε όλη την εικόνα του γραφείου! Μιλούσε στους πελάτες που εξυπηρετούσε με υπερβολική αγένεια, με απότομο τρόπο και φώναζε. Δημιουργούσε σύγχυση εκεί που δεν υπήρχε. There were 4 employees in the office. The 3 (along with the girl who served us) were very kind and willing to help us. However, the 4th employee spoiled the whole image of the office! He spoke to the customers he served with excessive rudeness, in a sharp way and shouted. It created confusion where it did not exist.
V	Velani Aspasia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχως απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα για να κλείσεις ραντεβού. Περασα από εκεί για να κλείσω, μου είπαν μονο ηλεκτρονικά. Τους ρωτούσα αν βγαίνει παράβολο θρησκευτικού γάμου όπως αναγράφετε στο Internet και επέμεναν να κλείσω ραντεβού και δεν έδιναν καμία απάντηση. Πηγα μια βδομάδα αργότερα, με το ραντεβού μου και μου απάντησαν ότι μόνο για πολιτικό γάμο βγάζουν. Ενα χάος, ειρωνία και αγένεια. Λυπάμαι για το συγκεκριμένο ΚΕΠ. Unfortunately unacceptable service. They do not pick up the phones to make an appointment. I went through there to close, I was only told electronically. I asked them if there was a fee for a religious wedding as you write on the Internet and they insisted that I make an appointment and they did not answer. I went a week later, with my appointment and they told me that they only go out for a civil wedding. A mess, irony and rudeness. I'm sorry for this KEP.

T	Thomas Giannos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο τής 13:30 το Σάββατο είχαν κλείσει και όχι στης 15:30 άς το διορθώσουν να μην πηγαίνει τζάμπα ο κόσμος. From 13:30 on Saturday they were closed and not at 15:30 let them fix it so that people do not go in vain.

Μπαίνει ο καθένας μέσα και εννοείται πως για πιστοποιητικά εμβολιασμού δεν ελέγχουν για κανέναν λόγο. Μπήκε ένας αλλοδαπός χωρίς μάσκα και δε του ειπε κανένας υπάλληλος το παραμικρό. They do not keep the appointments that we are supposed to make in order to be served. Everyone comes in and it goes without saying that they do not check for vaccination certificates for any reason. A foreigner without a mask came in and no employee told him the slightest thing.
N	Nelly Pourgouridi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7/5 ώρα 12.00 ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΗ υπάλληλος "εξυπηρέτησε" ζευγάρι που δε μιλούσε καλά ελληνικά ( η γυναίκα εμφανώς έγκυος και κουρασμένη) με το να τους πετάξει στα μούτρα ένα χαρτί με διευθύνσεις και να φύγει να πάει να πιει τον καφέ της.Οταν οι άμοιροι τόλμησαν να ρωτήσουν την "κυρία" που είναι το ΙΚΑ γιατί δε ξέρουν τους δρόμους,τους έβαλε τις φωνές και τους έδιωξε κακήν κακώς για να συνεχίσει να πίνει το καφεδάκι της και να κάνει το απίστευτο σχόλιο "με έπιασε πονοκέφαλος έτσι που βρωμάνε"!!! Πρόλαβα το ζευγάρι στο δρόμο και ασχολήθηκα δύο λεπτά μαζί τους να τους βάλω τη διεύθυνση στο gps για να ξέρουν που να πάνε και μόνο που δε μου φίλησαν τα χέρια! Κέντρο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών κατά τ'άλλα! Μερικοί άνθρωποι είναι εντελώς ακατάλληλοι για το πόστο τους!ΝΤΡΟΠΗ και ΑΙΣΧΟΣ! 7/5 at 12.00 UNACCEPTABLE clerk "served" a couple who did not speak Greek well (the woman is obviously pregnant and tired) by throwing a letter with addresses in their face and left to go and drink her coffee. When the unfortunate dared to ask the "lady" who is the IKA why they do not know the streets, he put their voices and drove them away badly to continue drinking her coffee and make the incredible comment "I got a headache so they stink" !!! I caught the couple on the street and spent two minutes with them to put their address on the gps so they know where to go and only they did not kiss my hands! Customer service center otherwise! Some people are completely unsuitable for their position! SHAME AND DISGUSTING!
R	Ryesher Dsouza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with how efficient the whole process was. To be honest, I expected it to be worse, however, it worked out flawlessly. Went there at 0800 to get an appointment slot. I only had to get my signature verified and stamped by a public government servant and it took me literally 5 minutes when I returned for my appointment at 1130. Brilliant stuff. Safe yourself hours of waiting at the other KEP offices and come here for quick processing. Staff were great and willing to help with a smile (very important)
