Οι υπάλληλοι ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. I visited the patisserie on Easter day. It had an extremely long queue. Its space is very small, but its sweets are amazing. The employees are polite and helpful.
K	Kat Pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλοκαίρι που είχαμε παραγγείλει τούρτα έκαναν λάθος στο ταμπελάκι, και το διόρθωσαν επι τόπου. Είπαμε, οκ ένα λάθος ήταν. Σήμερα, εκτός του ότι η τούρτα δεν είχε έρθει την ώρα που με είχαν ενημερώσει και περίμενα, είχαν γράψει με χρυσά γράμματα πάνω στο άσπρο κομμάτι με αποτέλεσμα να μη φαίνεται τίποτα. Ενώ ήμουν ιδιαίτερα ξεκάθαρη στην παραγγελία μου. Και η απάντηση που δώθηκε ήταν "τι να σας πω, δεν γράφει το χαρτί παραγγελίας ότι ζητήσατε να γραφτεί με σοκολάτα"!!! Ούτε συγνώμη για την καθυστέρηση, ούτε για το λάθος τους!!!! Αν δεν μπορούν να συμπληρώσουν το χαρτί παραγγελίας ας το δίνουν κατευθείαν στον πελάτη! Και για κερασάκι στη τούρτα -κυριολεκτικά- κόβοντας και δοκιμάζοντας την τούρτα είναι σαν να έχουν βάλει τη διπλάσια ποσότητα ζάχαρης, με αποτέλεσμα να είναι πολύ γλυκιά και να μην τρώγεται! Ημέρα γενεθλίων και μείναμε χωρίς τούρτα, τρέχαμε να πάρουμε άλλη! Απαράδεκτοι!!! The summer we ordered a cake they made a mistake on the label, and corrected it on the spot. We said, ok it was a mistake. Today, apart from the fact that the cake had not arrived at the time when I was informed and I was waiting, they had written in gold letters on the white piece so that nothing could be seen. While I was very clear in my order. And the answer given was "what can I tell you, it does not say the order paper that you asked to be written with chocolate" !!! No apology for the delay, nor for their mistake !!!! If they can not complete the order paper let them give it directly to the customer! And for icing on the cake -literally- cutting and tasting the cake is like having put twice the amount of sugar, resulting in it being very sweet and not eaten! Birthday and we were left without a cake, we ran to get another one! Unacceptable !!!
s	stavroula papadopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 9 Δεκεμβρίου 2020 παραγγείλαμε μια τούρτα γενεθλίων σοκολάτα-φράουλα 16 €/ κιλό, με χρέωση 6 € επιπλέον για το τυπωμένο σχέδιο από πάνω. Μας παρέδωσαν μια τούρτα όπου σοκολάτα δεν υπήρχε. Είχε μια λεπτή στρώση από ένα άνοστο πράγμα που μας είπαν ότι είναι μους. Η μους είναι κάτι πηχτό, ενώ αυτό δεν ήταν. Επίσης η "φράουλα" ήταν μια άσχημη στην υφή και στη γεύση ουσία που καμία σχέση δεν είχε με την τούρτα σοκολάτα-φράουλα που μας είχαν δείξει στο κατάστημα όταν είχαμε πάει για την παραγγελία. Η απάντησή τους ήταν ότι η τούρτα είναι μια χαρά. Πετάξαμε 32 ευρώ και φυσικά πετάξαμε και την τούρτα αφού κανείς δεν την έφαγε τελικά. On December 9, 2020 we ordered a chocolate-strawberry birthday cake 16 € / kg, with a charge of 6 € extra for the printed design on top. They handed us a cake where there was no chocolate. It had a thin layer of an immune thing that we were told was mousse. Mousse is something thick, while it was not. Also the "strawberry" was a bad substance in texture and taste that had nothing to do with the chocolate-strawberry cake that was shown to us in the store when we went to order. Their answer was that the cake is fine. We threw away 32 euros and of course we threw away the cake since no one ate it in the end.
