★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση και υποστήριξη μετά την πώληση. Επί μονίμου βάσεως όταν θέλω να επικοινωνήσω με την τεχνική υποστήριξη για ένα πρόβλημα με το winera, με βάζουν σε αναμονή για διάστημα 30-40 λεπτών, με αποτέλεσμα λόγω υψηλού φόρτου εργασίας να το κλείνω.
Very poor service and after sales support. On a permanent basis when I want to contact technical support for a problem with winera, they put me on hold for 30-40 minutes, resulting in a high workload to close it.

Poor service from support! Incredible expectations of more than 30 minutes and regardless of the time of day and general dyskinesia! I am very sorry for my choice!

Προσπαθώ εδώ και 1 μήνα να επικοινωνήσω μαζι τους για ένα πρόβλημα που έχει προκύψει...Περίμενα αρκετή ώρα στην αναμονή αλλά λόγο φόρτου εργασίας το έκλεινα! Σήμερα αποφάσισα να ασχοληθώ μόνο με αυτό, περίμενα στην αναμονή για 55 λεπτά όταν απάντησε μια κοπέλα. Της εξήγησα ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα και εκείνη προσπάθησε να το λύσει... Χωρίς αποτέλεσμα!!!! Δεν θα το πρότεινα... Εκτός και αν έχετε λεφτά για πέταμα!!!!!!
The worst choice !!!!
I have been trying for 1 month to contact them for a problem that has arisen ... I waited a long time waiting but due to workload I closed it! Today I decided to deal only with this, I waited for 55 minutes when a girl answered. I explained to her what the problem is and she tried to solve it ... To no avail !!!! I would not recommend it ... Unless you have money to throw away !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κακό software γεμάτο bugs και προβλήματα, απαράδεκτη αναμονή στην τεχνική υποστήριξη . Τουλάχιστον αν το σηκώσουν( λέμε τωρα ) ξέρουν τη δουλειά τους.
Bad software full of bugs and problems, unacceptable wait in technical support. At least if they pick it up (let's say now) they know their job.
