Οι πατάτες τηγανισμένες σε λάδι που μάλλον είχε τηγανίσει όλες τις μερίδες της ημέρας! Το onion ring "ταλαιπωρημένο", μικρό και, φυσικά τηγανισμένο στο ίδιο λάδι που αναφέρω παραπάνω! Δυστυχώς, ενώ "υπογράφεται" από τον Σκαρμούτσο, δεν είναι τίποτε άλλο παρά ένα μαγαζί της σειράς! Αποφύγετέ το ... No interest in flavors. Smokey BBQ burger. Το χειρότερο burger αλλά και πατάτες που έχω φάει ποτέ, το μπιφτέκι καμμένο και παντελώς άνοστο, σαν σόλα, και οι πατάτες κατεψυγμένες και κρύες. Παρήγγειλα πάνω από μια φορά, η εμπειρία μου ήταν η ίδια. Τραγικό για ένα μαγαζί που υποτίθεται ότι στηρίζεται στο όνομα ενός σεφ και παρολαυτά σερβίρει τόσο απαράδεκτο φαγητό. I wonder how the store still works. The worst burger but also potatoes I have ever eaten, the burger burnt and completely immune, like a sole, and the potatoes frozen and cold. I ordered more than once, my experience was the same. Tragic for a shop that is supposed to be based on the name of a chef and still serve such unacceptable food.

Τίποτα άλλο. Ούτε καν σως! Και η μερίδα απ τις πατάτες ουδεμία σχέση με τη φωτογραφία! Απαράδεκτοι τουλάχιστον! Aside from waiting 75 minutes for the order which was a salad and a potato, the salad was Caesars and it was just lettuce and parmesan. Nothing else. Not even sauce! And the portion of potatoes has nothing to do with photography! Unacceptable at least!
I	IO DEGAITA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα. Λίγες μέρες πριν τα Χριστούγεννα, αντιμετώπισα μια πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία αναφορικά με τα Soho burgers (της Νέας Ερυθραίας όπου είναι η περιοχή μου). Ήμασταν 6 άτομα στο σπίτι, και έκανα μια παραγγελία στις 21:45 ακριβώς, για 6 burgers και κάποια ορεκτικά, γύρω στα 78 ευρώ. Με ενημέρωσαν πως θα έκανε περίπου στη μία ώρα για να έρθει στο σπίτι, λόγω φόρτου. Στη μιάμιση ώρα, και ενώ δεν είχε έρθει, πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν πως είχε φύγει ο κύριος με το delivery. Ένα τέταρτο αργότερα, στις 23:30, πάλι πήρα τηλέφωνο, μίλησα με μια άλλη κυρία στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, μου ζήτησε συγγνώμη, και μου είπε ότι «τώρα φεύγει ο delivery!». Όταν επιτέλους έφθασε, στις 23:50 (δηλαδή 2 ώρες και 5’ αργότερα) μου ζητήθηκε να πληρώσω κανονικά, όπως και έγινε. Για κακή μας έκπληξη, όλα τα φαγητά ήταν κρύα. Πήρα τηλέφωνο ξανά στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, ζητώντας να μιλήσω με κάποιον υπεύθυνο. Μου απάντησαν πως έχει μεταφερθεί το αίτημά μου, και πως θα με καλούσε κάποιος υπεύθυνος, το πιθανότερο την επόμενη μέρα (προφανώς, το Soho burgers λειτουργεί με 2 άτομα στο τηλ. Κέντρο, τους ψήστες, και τα ελάχιστα deliveries που παίρνουν τρεις-τρεις τις παραγγελίες και ασφαλώς χωρίς κανέναν υπεύθυνο). Δεν με πήρε κανένας ούτε την επομένη, ούτε μέσα στις επόμενες τρεις μέρες. Οπότε και ξαναπήρα, για να μιλήσω με κάποιον υπεύθυνο γιατί πραγματικά, εκείνο το βράδυ της παραγγελίας μας, είχα στεναχωρηθεί, καθώς πεινάγαμε, οι καλεσμένοι μου αλλά και εγώ, μείναμε σχεδόν νηστικοί, καθώς το φαγητό ήταν κρύο και ξεραμένο -burgers και πατάτες. Πάλι δεν μίλησα με κανέναν, και μου κάνει τρομερή εντύπωση, η τόση αδιαφορία και έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού από ένα εστιατόριο που τόσο προβάλλει ότι είναι ιδιοκτησίας του Δημήτρη Σκαρμούτσου. Good Evening. A few days before Christmas, I had a very bad experience with Soho burgers (in New Eritrea where my area is). We were 6 people at home, and I placed an order at 21:45 exactly, for 6 burgers and some appetizers, around 78 euros. I was informed that it would take about an hour to get home due to workload. In an hour and a half, and while he had not arrived, I got a call and they told me that the gentleman had left with the delivery. A quarter of an hour later, at 11:30 p.m., I got on the phone again, talked to another lady at the call center, apologized, and said, "Now the delivery is gone!" When it finally arrived, at 11:50 pm (2 hours and 5 minutes later) I was asked to pay normally, which I did. To our bad surprise, all the food was cold. I called the call center again, asking to speak to someone in charge. I was told that my request had been transferred, and that someone in charge would call me, most likely the next day (obviously, Soho burgers work with 2 people at the Call Center, the roasters, and the minimum deliveries that take three or three on orders and of course without anyone in charge). No one picked me up the next day or the next three days. So I took it again, to talk to someone in charge because really, that night of our order, I was upset, as we were hungry, my guests and I were almost fasting, as the food was cold and dry - burgers and potatoes. Again I did not talk to anyone, and I am terribly impressed by the indifference and lack of professionalism of a restaurant that so much claims to be owned by Dimitris Skarmoutsos.

v	v knt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst burger in the world. If i wasnt that hungry i would have returned it back. Arrived cold, the double cheddar cheese was hardly melted and i doubt if it was cheddar at all. Never again from this place!!!
