★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DBCM is our property manager, and I believe the company does an outstanding job for our residential building. It has obtained providers and quotes for different maintenance and repair works on the building,even bids for consolidation of our cleaning service and gardening saving most homeowners quite a bit of money. The company does take its direction from the Board of Directors. But day after day they also handle the complaints of the homeowners in a professional manner. I highly recommend it.
