★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη υπηρεσία. Όσα τηλέφωνα υπάρχουν στο ίντερνετ στα οποία μπορούν να εξυπηρετηθούν οι πολίτες είτε δεν λειτουργούν είτε δεν τα απαντάει κανείς.
Unacceptable service. All the phones on the internet that can be served to the citizens either do not work or no one answers them.

I propose more smile and courtesy especially in the protocol which is the first point of service. Officials strive for the best despite the hardships that prevail in every public service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί κι ευγενικοί άνθρωποι. Αν και η διαδικασία για σφραγίδα Χάγης είναι κουραστική και χρονοβόρα, οι υπάλληλοι είναι εξόχως κατατοπιστικοί κι ενημερωμένοι.
Very helpful and kind people. Although the process for the Hague stamp is tedious and time consuming, the staff are extremely informative and informed.
