A	Angelike Georgilea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση!!Η κυρία που απαντάει στο τηλέφωνο (δεν γνωρίζω εάν είναι η ιδια πάντοτε)είτε είναι άσχετη είτε βαριέται αφόρητα!Τηλεφώνησα να ρωτήσω τι ισχύει για την άσκοπη μετακίνηση και δεν είχε ιδέα.Όταν δε της είπα ότι θέλω να αγόρασω ιατροφαρμακευτικό εξοπλισμό για λόγους υγείας,και επιθυμώ να μετακινηθώ από την περιοχή μου σε κάποια άλλη μου ειπε να το κάνω με κούριερ,αφού το σκέφθηκε λίγο!!"Μα το χρειάζομαι άμεσα της λέω"!Ο κούριερ θα κάνει 2,3 εβδομάδες να τα φέρει..(ήδη άλλη παραγγελία εκρεμεί 2,5 εβδομάδες εντός Αθηνών-κατανοητό λόγω των συνθηκών,όχι όμως όταν επείγεσαι)Εν τέλει με παρέπεμψε σε άλλο αριθμό τον οποίο δεν σηκώνει κανείς! Ένα αστέρι και πολύ είναι!! Unacceptable service !! The lady answering the phone (I don't know if it's always the same) is either irrelevant or unbearably bored! Ν	ΝΙckfan Nickfan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι και είναι πολύ νομίζω γιατί καμιά προστασία κι ενδιαφέρον. Μένω στην πλατεία Κυψελης και δεν μπορούμε να ησυχάσουμε από την φασαρία μετά νύχτα. Ειδικά υπάρχει μια "οργάνωση "στην οδό Φαιδριαδων 3 η οποία πολύ συχνά κάνουν πάρτη στη διαπασών με δεκάδες όργανα μουσικής χωρίς άδεια και χωρίς να λογαριαζουν κανένα. Σήμερα στις 9 το βράδυ έχουν πάλι πάρτι. Έχουμε τηλεφωνήσει στο 100 πόλοι γείτονες αλλά ποτέ δεν ήρθε κανένας. Πάλι θα κλείσουμε πόρτες και παράθυρα γιατί δεν αντέχεται η φασαρία. Υπάρχουν τόσοι ηλικιωμένοι εδώ. Εύχομαι να ανταποκριθεί κάποιος. A star and I think too much protection and interest. I live in Kyplis square and we can not be quiet from the noise after night. Especially there is an "organization" on 3 Fedrida Street, which very often rides in the streets with dozens of music instruments without permission and without counting any. Today at 9 pm they still have parties. We have telephoned our 100 neighbors, but nobody ever came. Again, we will close doors and windows because the bustle can not stand. There are so many elderly people here. I wish someone to respond.
N	Nikos Potos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25 λεπτά αναμονή, για να με κλείσει στο 1,5 λεπτό γιατί βαριόταν να μιλήσει. Ολες οι απαντήσεις μονολεκτικές, κανένα ενδιαφέρον εξυπηρέτησης. Οτι χειρότερο. 25 minutes waiting, to close me in 1.5 minutes because he was bored to speak. All answers are one word, no service interest. The worst.

F	Foteini Sifaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24/01/2022 Μπράβο στο Α.Τ.Πεντελης το οποίο παρα τις αντίξοες συνθήκες, λογω των ακραίων φυσικών φαινομένων, λειτούργησαν κανονικά πραγματοποιώντας όλα τα προγραμματισμένα ραντεβού. Η εξυπηρέτηση ηταν άμεση, χωρις καθυστερήσεις με ευγένεια και απόλυτο επαγγελματισμό!!! 24/01/2022 Well done to AT Pentelis which, despite the adverse conditions, due to the extreme natural phenomena, operated normally, making all the scheduled appointments. The service was immediate, without delays with courtesy and absolute professionalism !!!
D	Dimitris Rallis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very unfair to criticise public servants whatever are your beliefs..the respect the honour and they way each other as Citizens or Public servants it's the criterion of the quality not only of ourgent goverments but also to ourselves how each of us treat each other..we have a long history in our Country to blame people that cannot defend thems elves ..I am not a judge neither nobody supporter I grow up with motto to serve and try to help anybody any colour any religion..many times all of us make mistakes but it's not the public servant that it's to be blamed!Even now in a economic crisis we try to blame each other..I think it's in our dna..I think respect and self respect even if we are harmed in any way the right human values will prevail..neither way as an immigrant at my 17 years working and studying I learned to try follow the right way of Theseus..God bless you all.-
