Επισκεφτηκα το κατάστημα με σκοπο να φτιάξω κουζίνα και, εν συνεχεία, σαλόνι και τα δωματια για το νέο μου σπίτι. Συζητήσαμε αρχικά για την κουζίνα και τους έστειλα μεηλ με την κάτοψη όπως μου ζήτησαν. Την επόμενη ημέρα επισκεφτηκα και πάλι το κατάστημα για να δώσω κάποιες διευκρινήσεις. Μου είπαν ότι θα μου κάνουν το σχεδιο και θα με πάρουν τηλέφωνο να ξαναπαω να συζητήσουμε. Μαλιστα, μου εξήγησαν ότι θα έδιναν και προτεραιοτητα.Έναν ολόκληρο μήνα μετά και δεν έλαβα καμία ειδοποίηση ,παρ όλο που τα στοιχεία μου τα είχαν και γραπτά και ηλεκτρονικά. Μετά από 10 μέρες αποφάσισα να πάω σε δύο αλλά καταστηματα στην ίδια περιοχή όπου είχα εξυπηρέτηση άμεση και με σαφήνεια σχετικά με τα χρονοδιαγράμματα. Αυτό μου έδωσε τη δυνατότητα να δω συγκριτικά τις προσφερόμενες υπηρεσίες. Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. I visited the store in order to make a kitchen and then a living room and rooms for my new home. We first talked about the kitchen and I sent them emails with the floor plan as they asked me. The next day I visited the store again to give some clarifications. I was told that they would make my plan and call me to go and talk again. In fact, they explained to me that they would give priority. A whole month later and I did not receive any notification, even though my details were in writing and electronically. After 10 days I decided to go to two but stores in the same area where I had immediate and clear service on schedules. This gave me the opportunity to see comparatively the services offered.

Πωλήτριες που υπάρχουν στον χώρο μόνο για να λένε ότι το κατάστημα επί της οδού Εθνικής Αντιστάσεως στη Θεσσαλονίκη, είναι ανοιχτό, χωρίς να παρέχουν καμία απολύτως εξυπηρέτηση στο πελατολόγιο. Επανειλημμένα τηλεφωνήματα από την πλευρά των πελατών (παρότι υπήρχε η διαβεβαίωση - κοροϊδία ότι θα μας καλέσουν), μιας και εκ του αποτελέσματος κρίνεται ότι το after sale service είναι μια έννοια άγνωστη και ανύπαρκτη για την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία. Δυστυχώς, μετά την ανάθεση ενός διαμερίσματος και μιας διώροφης κατοικίας, (διόλου ευκαταφρόνητων αντικειμένων που ανατέθηκαν ώστε να θεωρείται κάποιος υπάρχον πελάτης), η παραγγελία που έγινε σε δεύτερο χρόνο (ήτοι, μετά από μόλις ενάμιση χρόνο!!), στην πραγματικότητα έγινε μόνο ευκαιρία για αρπαχτή από πλευράς τους και ουσιαστικά δέσμευση - μονόδρομος από πλευράς μας, μιας και βρεθήκαμε στην ανάγκη τοποθέτησης ίδιου υλικού, προκειμένου να αποφύγουμε την «παραφωνία» τοποθετώντας κάτι άσχετο από άλλη εταιρία, που θα είχαμε πάρα πολύ καλύτερη και κυρίως ταχύτερη εξυπηρέτηση, σε συνδυασμό επίσης με πολύ χαμηλότερη τιμή (με τα ίδια υλικά - αλλά δυστυχώς με άλλο χρώμα). Εν κατακλείδι, εν έτη 2022, σε απλά αιτήματα (τα οποία μάλιστα προκύπτουν από κακή ενημέρωση των πωλητριών σε πρώτο χρόνο), απαντήσεις του τύπου «αυτό η εταιρία δεν το κάνει», όταν όλη η αγορά λειτουργεί με γνώμονα την καλή εξυπηρέτηση του πελατολογίου της, με σκοπό την υστεροφημία της και την καλή αξιολόγησή της, κρίνονται επιεικώς απαράδεκτες, έως και γελοίες._ Too bad we have to put a star. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the beginning to the end. Saleswomen who exist in the area only to say that the store on Ethnikis Antistaseos Street in Thessaloniki is open, without providing any service to the customer base. Repeated phone calls from the customers (although there was an assurance - a joke that they will call us), since the result is judged that after sale service is a concept unknown and non-existent for this company. Unfortunately, after the assignment of an apartment and a two-storey house, (not insignificant objects assigned to be considered an existing customer), the order placed in the second year (ie, after only a year and a half !!), in fact became just an opportunity for grabber on their part and commitment - one way from our side, since we found ourselves in the need to install the same material, in order to avoid the "disagreement" by placing something irrelevant from another company, which would have much better and mainly faster service, in combination also at a much lower price (with the same materials - but unfortunately with a different color). In conclusion, in the years 2022, to simple requests (which in fact result from poor information of the sellers in the first year), answers of the type "this is not what the company does", when the whole market operates based on the good service of its customer base , for the sake of its backwardness and its good evaluation, are considered indulgently unacceptable, even ridiculous._
