★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αστεία δημόσια επιχείρηση με βαριεστημενους υπαλλήλους και επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης στο ναδίρ.Δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται.Αναθεμα και αν ξέρουν οι περισσότεροι από δαυτους τι είναι ο ηλεκτρισμός.Ενα αστέρι είναι κολακευτικό και ούτε καν το αξίζουν..
 Funny public company with bored employees and a level of service in the nadir. They do not know what is happening to them. Damn even if most of them know what electricity is. A star is flattering and they do not even deserve it ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λόγω των μέτρων κατά τού κορονοϊου απαγορεύεται νά επισκευθείς τά γραφεία αλλά τά παιδιά στην είσοδο είναι εξυπηρετικότατα! Μπράβο στην security!!!
Due to the measures against coronavirus it is forbidden to visit the offices but the children at the entrance are very helpful! Well done to security !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική η επικοινωνία τους ..Απάντησαν πολύ γρήγορα σε αίτημά μου για λάθος μετρήσεις ρολογιού..και διευθετήθηκε το θέμα άμεσα .Επίσης οι κοπέλες στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης.. ευγενέστατες και πρόθυμες να λύσουν το πρόβλημα .
Their communication was excellent ..They responded very quickly to my request for wrong clock measurements..and the issue was settled immediately .Also the girls in the call center of Thessaloniki .. very polite and willing to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου έκανε εντυπωση η άμεση εξυπηρέτηση στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο από διαφορετικους υπαλλήλους που όλοι ανεξαιρέτως ήταν ευγενικοτατοι και απόλυτα εξυπηρετικοι. Μπράβο! Δεν το περιμενεις σε δημόσιες υπηρεσίες! Μακάρι κάποια στιγμή να μην μας εκπλήσσει κάτι τέτοιο αλλά να το θεωρουμε δεδομένο σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες του δημοσίου τομέα
I was impressed by the prompt service at the call center by different employees who were all without exception very polite and absolutely helpful. Well done! You do not expect it in public services! May at some point we not be surprised by such a thing but take it for granted in all public sector services
