Έχω μιλήσει προσωπικά με τον εκπρόσωπο με τον οποίο έκανα τη σύναψη σύμβασης, με τους τηλεφωνητές και με τους υπαλλήλους και παλεύω εδώ και 10 μήνες να αποδείξω ότι δεν είμαι ελέφαντας. Προσπαθούν ασύστολα να εξαπατούν κόσμο και εγώ αυτή τη στιγμή κινούμαι δικαστικά. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. THE WORST. Έχει εκδοθεί εκκαθαριστικός λογαριασμός από τις 04 Φεβρουαρίου, διότι φυσικά και αποχώρησα, και ενω "αυτό ειναι μια διαδικασία που γίνεται στο τέλος του μήνα" δεν πήρα πίσω ακόμα τίποτα! I have never received worse service from a company. Το έκανα και αφού είδα τον πρώτο και τελευταίο λογαριασμό συνειδητοποίησα ότι μου είπε ψέματα ο υπάλληλος. Ντοπή και σε ΟΛΟΥΣ ΤΟΥΣ ΥΠΑΛΛΗΛΟΥΣ που δέχονται να δουλεύουν στην Volton και να κοροιδεύουν και αυτοί τον κόσμο. Πρέπει να κάνουμε κάτι μαζικά, δεν γίνεται να πληρώσουμε τα ποσά που ζητάνε δεν είναι ηθικά σωστό ΟΥΤΕ ΤΟΥΣ ΛΟΓΑΡΙΑΣΜΟΥΣ ΟΥΤΕ ΤΗ ΧΡΕΩΣΗ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΦΥΓΟΥΜΕ ΑΠΟ ΤΗΝ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ!!! NO STARS are worth it. SHAME ON THE COMPANY BURNING..They make fun of people, I talked to an employee 10 times to convince me to sign a contract. I did it and after seeing the first and last bill I realized that the employee lied to me. To all the EMPLOYEES who agree to work at Volton and make fun of the world. Τον Νοέμβριο ψαχτηκαμε για αλλαγή συμβουλαιου λόγω ρήτρας ΟΤΣ και μας πρότειναν (για να μην μας χάσουν προφανώς) νέο διετές με σταθερή τιμή 0.11900 ανά κιλοβατώρα και πάγιο 9,90 ευρώ το μήνα. Αποδεχτηκαμε την πρόταση, μας φάνηκε συμφέρουσα για τα δεδομένα της εποχής. Έλα όμως που ήρθε ο λογαριασμός με αφού ξεκίνησε να τρέχει το νέο μας προγραμμα και μας έχουν αυθαίρετα και εν άγνοια μας αλλάξει τους όρους σε 0,17/κιλοβατώρα και παγιο 14,90!!!!!! Κοινώς δεν τηρούνε τα συμφωνηθέντα! Εγκαίρως και έχοντας δει τον λογαριασμό μας ονλαιν καλέσαμε στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και μας είπαν ότι ο λογαριασμός μας πήγε για επανεξέταση, πέρασαν 20 μέρες και ήρθε και ο χάρτινος..τα ίδια! Καμία αλλαγή! Κοινώς μας δεσμευσαν σε διετές με δικούς τους κρυφούς όρους! Απίστευτο! Θα κινηθούμε νομικά και καταγγελία στην προστασία καταναλωτή! Απατεώνες! The worst! Towing scammers! A	Angelita Galap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last april this year 2021,,sonebody knock my door and said that this compony is very good,,and you pay less money than the other compony ,,ok first the first bill i received its less ,,next month little higher more than 46 euros ,but for this month i was.shocked because the send me my bill an amount of 234 euros oh my gash, its unbelievable with out appliances i dont believe that i consume like that amount in 1 month.for 40 euros a month it goes up 234 ???
