Burn it to the ground. Employyes impolite, smoking cigarettes, typical greek public sector.

When securing your house with the right electricity a electrician needs to provide you with a letter of approval that the wiring and mapping is all ok and endorsed by somebody with a license hence why you need to come to this place.

Typical greek public services: poor performance and reluctancy to support customers. This is a place where you loosing your productive time and never get an official statement about the status of your request. If by any chance you get to the point most probably is because you have to agree and settled by the mandates of an authoritarian employee. In other words you will never be rightful. There is no applicable conduct of service btw customers and public service. No telephone service operating. You will rooming around pointlessly from clerical to administrative offices, and you will get nothing. Quality wise they are close to 0.Customers must have patience and time to spare. Customers must react against this with punctuation and common sense. Those days there are ppl who paid and do nothing -δεδδηε -and others who paid nothing and perform almost everything

Went there to request a replacement for a circuit breaker inside an electricity meter. The wait was short (less than 10min at around 1pm), the employee was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The downside was that I had to leave the building, go to a bank 5 blocks away, wait for my turn, pay €20 for the replacement service, get a receipt, go back to the same employee with the receipt and get the service started for a new breaker. Although the capability exists to accept electronic payments from Greek banks, the employee mentioned that if I do so, it may cause about 3-4 days delay to get the service started, since she needs to receive a paper receipt from me or a bank to get everything going. Get paperwork reduced further folks, and make life easier for all. Paper is expensive, requires more work hours, transportation, info can be illegible, requires storage and can get easily lost!
