M	Maria Marousopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι επειδή δεν αφήνει βαθμολογία με μηδέν. Δεν απαντάνε σε τηλέφωνα, ούτε σε e-mail, ούτε έχουν καταχωρημένα τα ραντεβού μέσω efka.gov.gr !! Δυό υπάλληλοι μόνο στις παροχές, για Ι.Κ.Α. & Τ.Α.Ξ.Υ, για να κάνουν όλες τις δουλειές, γκισέ, εξυπηρέτηση, καταχωρήσεις, εκκαθαρίσεις, τα πάντα όλα. Μηχανογράφηση απούσα! Στοίβα τα χαρτιά και ένας χαμός. Το Ταμείο κλείνει στις 11:00 και δίνει επιταγή να πας να καταθέσεις σε τράπεζα. Τα δε χρήματα δεσμεύονται για ΤΡΕΙΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΜΕΣ ημέρες!!! A star because it leaves no score with zero. They do not answer phones, nor e-mail, nor have appointments registered through efka.gov.gr !! Two employees only in the benefits, for I.K.A. & Τ.Α.Ξ.Υ, to do all the work, counters, service, registrations, liquidations, everything. Computerization I was absent! Stack of papers and a waste. The Fund closes at 11:00 and gives a check to go to a bank deposit. And the money is committed for THREE WORKING DAYS !!!
A	Athanasia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΑΠΑΡΕΔΕΧΤΟΙ ΥΠΆΛΛΗΛΟΙ. Καθόλου εξυπηρετικοί, δεν έχουν ιδέα από το πώς να χρησιμοποιήσουν έναν υπολογιστή αλλά το μηνιατικο το παίρνουν κάθε μήνα. Μιλάω για το τμήμα συντάξεων κυρίως! UNACCEPTABLE EMPLOYEES. Not at all helpful, they have no idea how to use a computer but they get the monthly fee every month. I'm talking about the pensions department mainly!
i	ioannis aronis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αδιανόητο, είμαι κάτοικος εξωτερικού, παίρνω τηλέφωνο σχεδόν 50 φορές την εβδομάδα, επί 3 μήνες, 8 διαφορετικά νούμερα αλλά δυστυχώς κανένας δεν απαντά. Για εμένα και ίσως για πολλούς συνταξιούχους του εξωτερικού είναι ο μόνος τρόπος επικοινωνίας και άντληση πληροφοριών, αλλά δυστυχώς είμαστε για αυτούς ασημαντοι ηλικιωμένοι, και λυπάμαι γίνετε επίσης με την ανοχή και αδιαφορία του κράτους για τούς πολίτες. Και να σκεφτεί κανείς, ότι πληρώνονται από τούς φόρους των πολιτών,και ακριβώς για αυτό εργάζονται στο # Δημόσιο # για την εξυπηρέτηση του πολίτη.???????????. Άραγε υπάρχει κάποια κυβέρνηση που μπορεί να αλλάξει αυτό το αίσχος στον Δημόσιο τομέα???????. Τηλέφωνα δε σηκώνουν, μέιλ δεν απαντούν κ έχουν βολευτει με το σύστημα των ηλεκτρονικών ραντεβού που βάζουν ελάχιστα ανά ημέρα κ αν σου λείπει κπ έγγραφο δεν τους νοιάζει καθόλου!!! Έχουν ύφος κ δεν ενδιαφέρονται αν χάνουμε χρόνο κ χρηματα...γενικοτερα κ που θα ασχοληθούν με το θέμα μας πολύ είναι!!! Άντε μετά να πάμε μπροστά σαν χώρα... τραγικοί απλά!!! Greece thy greatness! M	Maria Fragkopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και μέρες προσπαθούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με κάποιον από το τμήμα συντάξεων διότι η θεία μου μένει στο εξωτερικό και δεν έχει τη δυνατότητα να έρθει αυτοπροσώπως να μάθει για ποιον λόγο εδώ και καιρό δε λαμβάνει πια τη σύνταξη χηρειας της ! Στείλαμε τόσα email, αλλα τόσα τηλέφωνα, ακόμα και στον αριθμό του προϊστάμενου καλέσαμε, και κανένας δε το θεωρεί αναγκαίο να σηκώσει ένα τηλέφωνο να εξυπηρετήσει τον κόσμο. Ως πότε θα πληρώνονται αυτοί οι άνθρωποι για το τίποτα σε αυτήν τη χώρα δε ξέρω!
