★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place above Agios Nikitas with stunning Ionian view on one side and bay view on the other side. It is a "million dollar view" house w.pool, 4 apartments, each equipped with kitchen apliances, having one or two terraces. Hosts are friendly....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely and nice hosts, an elderly couple, and an amazing view. You can see both the mountains of Lefkada, the lights of Agios Nikitos and the sea. If you want to approach the sea, you have to walk a bit though, despite the fact, that one of the most beautiful beaches of Lefkada, the Milos beach is located just below the apartments, but you have to go around. Beach of Agios Nikitos is approximately 15 minutes on foot, Milos Beach is 30-35 minutes. For other beaches you will need to use the car, but they are close too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, the complex is just outside of Ag. Nikitas village, so it is very quiet and quite cool being up the hill. No parking issues at all, as parking slots are also provided.
The location is ideal for exploring the entire island, being in the middle of all the points & beaches worth visiting (max distance around 30-40Km)
The apartment is new and well maintained, part of a small complex (only 4 apartments), so it is quiet and not crowded. The rooms are big enough for 2 (or even 3) people each, the kitchen provides all the amenities and the bathroom is one of the largest ever.
Both hosts (Christos and Evaggelia) are very polite, helpful and friendly, ready to respond to any question and provide all the information necessary, staying discrete at the same time.
