Η διαδικασία διακοπής, επανασύνδεσης σε νέο διαμέρισμα και ταυτόχρονα νέα σύνδεση αερίου κράτησε 40 λεπτά , αρκετός χρόνος μεν αλλά για την ίδια διαδικασία, πριν μερικά χρόνια χρειάστηκα σχεδόν 4 ώρες , σε ένα κατάστημα γεμάτο κόσμο με απίστευτη βαβούρα και τους μισούς να τσακώνονται με τους υπαλλήλους Συγκριτικά με την προηγούμενη εμπειρία μου,μπορώ να πω ότι έκαναν τεράστια άλματα βελτίωσης και δεν ειρωνεύομαι. Εν ολίγοις σε εμάς, αυτά τα ΤΡΙΑ μόνο άτομα,μας είπε να κάνουμε όλα τηλεφωνικά ή ηλεκτρονικά με ύφος κοροϊδίας, γιατί προφανώς δεν είμαστε άξιοι εξυπηρέτησης... Μα καλή μου, αφού περιμένουμε τόση ώρα, γιατί να μην κάνεις τη δουλειά σου που είναι και του 5λεπτου; Σημειωτέον, ήταν δουλειά που γίνεται σε κατάστημα, αν το έψαχνες παραπάνω γινόταν και ηλεκτρονικά. Παντελής απουσία διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση από τη συγκεκριμένη. Δεν μπορώ να πω ότι εκφράζει το σύνολο, γιατί μου συνέβη πρώτη φορά σε κατάστημα ΔΕΗ. Την ίδια δουλειά που προσπαθούσα να κάνω σ΄αυτό το υποκατάστημα, στο οποίο πήγα τρεις φορές χωρίς αποτέλεσμα, την διεκπεραίωσα στο κεντρικό στην Τσιμισκή μέσα σε 10 λεπτά !!! Βάζω ένα γιατί δεν έχει ΜΗΔΕΝ. Αλήθεια γιατί δεν δέχεται μηδενική βαθμολόγηση προκειμένου να κάνεις μια αξιολόγηση ;! Unacceptable service, endless queues, they ask for the same documents to be sent to them two or three times. ZERO. The same job that I was trying to do in this branch, which I went to three times without result, I did in the main in Tsimiski within 10 minutes !!! I put one because it has ZERO. Really why does not accept zero rating in order to make an assessment ?!
Ε	Ειρήνη Λ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ντροπή το λιγότερο, για λογαριασμό απλήρωτο που έληξε λίγες μέρες πριν, λιγότερο από 100€, να το δίνετε σε εισπρακτική εταιρεία και να καλούν με ύφος, "πέστε μου πότε θα εξοφλήσετε το λογαριασμό να το σημειώσω "! Έλεος και ντροπή πάλι! Δώστε καλύτερα τα χρήματα της εισπρακτικής σε αναβάθμιση του δικτύου ή στους υπαλλήλους που έχετε με συμβάσεις εργολαβίες άλλων και πληρώνονται το βασικό. Shame at least, for an unpaid bill that ended a few days ago, less than € 100, to give it to a collection company and call in style, "tell me when you will pay the bill to note it"!
