Η κυρία Τολάκη Ευαγγελία που με εξυπηρέτησε άψογη, ευγενέστατη μου έλυσε το θέμα σε 15 λεπτα, μου πρόσφερε και εμφιαλωμένο νερό... Μακάρι όλες οι υπηρεσίες να λειτουργούν έτσι και όλοι οι υπάλληλοι να είναι τόσο ευσυνείδητοι. Δήμητρα Σαληκυριάκη Admittedly an ideal experience even though I did not expect it. I had made an appointment and was served immediately without any waiting. Mrs. Tolaki Evangelia who served me perfectly, very kindly solved the issue in 15 minutes, she also offered me bottled water ... Δ	Δέσποινα Βέρδη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με ξάφνιασαν όλα... ευχάριστα, χωρίς αναμονή, τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση, μου έδωσαν αμέσως νερό και διπλό (τέλειο) εσπρέσσο, δεν πλήρωσα...??? Everything surprised me ... pleasantly, without waiting, perfect service, they immediately gave me water and double (perfect) espresso, I did not pay ... ???
T	The Beauty Room on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα Αμαρουσιου στις 14 Απριλίου 2022 γύρω στη 13:00 το μεσημέρι. Με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως για θέμα που είχα με μη αποστολή λογαριασμών τους τελευταίους μήνες κ η κοπέλα που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ευγενέστατη. Στη συνέχεια στο ταμείο επίσης εξυπηρετήθηκα αμέσως. Εξεπλάγην ευχάριστα από την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση.Βέβαια δεν είχε κόσμο τη στιγμή που πήγα αλλά σε κάθε περίπτωση είχα μια θετική εμπειρία I visited the Maroussi store on April 14, 2022 around 13:00 at noon. I was immediately served for an issue I had with not sending invoices in recent months and the girl who served me was very kind. Then at the checkout I was also served immediately. I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate service. Of course it was not crowded the moment I went but in any case I had a positive experience

Είναι όμως απαράδεκτο υπηρεσίες που γίνονται μέσω ίντερνετ, να υποχρεωνουν τους πελάτες να ταλαιπωρουνται με τις ώρες,ερχόμενοι στα γραφεία της ΔΕΗ. Many congratulations to the employees, polite and eager to work. However, it is unacceptable for services that are done through the internet, to oblige the customers to suffer with the hours, coming to the PPC offices.
v	v knt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φοβερή εξυπηρέτηση, σε αντίθεση με το τηλ.κέντρο και τις υποτιθέμενες e-contract υπηρεσίες. Με εξυπηρέτησαν απίστευτα ευγενικά και γρήγορα και τις δύο φορές που επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα. Πραγματικά έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη. Ειδικά η κ.Μπουρλάκη είναι υπόδειγμα υπαλλήλου! Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! Awesome service, unlike the call center and the supposed e-contract services. They served me incredibly kindly and quickly both times I visited the store. I was really happy. Especially Ms. Bourlaki is a model employee! Thank you very much!
