m	maria lapa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πω πραγματικά απαράδεκτοι ένα τηλέφωνο έχουν κ αυτό δεν το σηκώνουν ποτέ πρέπει να τους έχω πάρει πάνω από 30 φορες εδω κ μια βδομάδα.κ φυσικά δεν έχω μιλήσει μα κανέναν.μόνο να τα περνούν ξέρουν! What can I say, they really have an unacceptable phone and they never pick it up, I must have picked them up more than 30 times in a week. Of course I have not spoken to anyone. They only know how to pass them!

Όταν θα πάω εκεί από άλλη περιοχή δεν θα με εξυπηρετήσουν γιατι δεν θα έχω ραντεβού και θα μου κλείσουν άλλο και ας μην έχει κόσμο και εγώ θα πρέπει να φύγω και να ξαναπάω! Έχει ξανασυμβεί! Δημόσιο!!! Ταλαιπωρία του κοσμάκη!! Απλά τραγικοί! Δεν θα μπορούσατε να σταθείτε σε ιδιωτική επιχείρηση ούτε μια μέρα! Βρηκατε και κάνετε!! Περιμενω να με πάρουν εδω και ενα μηνα για θέμα στο λογαριασμό μου, εχω πάρει απειρες φορές τηλέφωνο και ακόμα τίποτα... The worst customer service in the whole company and not only in this store. I have been waiting for a month to get an issue on my account, I have received phone calls countless times and still nothing ...

Οι υπάλληλοι να μη θέλουν να σε ακούσουν αλλά να σε ξεπεταξουν και να σε στειλουν στη Δεδδηε και η Δεδδηε με τη σειρά της πίσω στη ΔΕΗ, τι κ αν περίμενες από τις 6.30 το πρωί για ένα πολυπόθητο νούμερο για εξυπηρέτηση. Πας στην προϊστάμενη της ΔΕΗ τα ίδια και ακόμα και χειρότερα. Να σε διώχνει με φωνές και να μη σου απαντάει στο ερώτημα σου. Και να έχεις και το σεκιουριτα να το παίζει υπάλληλος ΔΕΗ, να μοιράζει νούμερα απο εδώ κι από εκεί, να δίνει οδηγίες διαφορετικες τη μια μέρα και άλλες την άλλη. Τρέλααααα. Κλείστε το καλύτερα το μαγαζάκι δε τραβάει.. Τον κόσμο μόνο ταλαιπωρειτε και δουλειά δε γίνεται.. Μόνο ο μισθός σας μπαίνει στη τσέπη σας βρέξει χιονίσει κάθε μήνα.. Υπάρχει άνεργος κόσμος μορφωμένος εκεί έξω που θα πρόσφερε καλύτερες υπηρεσίες από τους τεμπέληδες και τους βυσματιες που έχετε.. a	alex pap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρετήθηκα κυριολεκτικά την τελευταία στιγμή χωρίς ραντεβού παρόλο που στο υποκατάστημα της Λεωφόρου Γαλατσίου μου είπαν να κλείσω ραντεβού. Για ρύθμιση επρόκειτο, στο Γαλάτσι μου είπαν ότι πρέπει να κλείσω ραντεβού και μου έδωσαν το ενημερωτικό φυλλάδιο για να δω το νούμερο που πρέπει να καλέσω. Οι εργασίες όμως που γίνονται με ραντεβού δεν περιλαμβάνουν τη ρύθμιση! Συμπτωματικά βρέθηκα στους Αγίους Αναργύρους, δεν είδα κόσμο απ'έξω, ρώτησα και μου είπαν να περιμένω να εξυπηρετηθω όπως και έγινε στις 19.20. Οι δύο υπάλληλοι και η υπεύθυνη ασφαλείας ήταν ευγενεστατες και δεν έκαναν απλά μία διεκπεραίωση! Μου πρότειναν και αλλαγή προγράμματος και γενικά είχαν όλη την διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν ουσιαστικά. Δεν περίμενα αυτήν την τόσο καλή αντιμετώπιση γιατί δυστυχώς αλλιώς μας έχει συνηθίσει η ΔΕΗ...
