They couldn't find my order a day before they deliver it and after waiting 10 days to be delivered and also couldn't inform about the time of arrival.

They don’t even answer me!
The only reason is then they even know that what they are doing and nobody knows nothing about what the other person is doing and all they could do for me is saying that i will call you and they never call back you !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service ever! Had to ask for a refund of my IKEA order after a month waiting for their delivery and endless hours on the phone. The rare time I managed to get through to a Delatolas employee, they said that they will call me back but never did. Avoid at all costs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lost one of my IKEA packages and they didn’t even know which one they lost. Best part is that I had to ask IKEA about the order to find out about it. Delatolas did not bother to inform me. Had to cancel my order due to their irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service in the field. After endless hours on the phone with them, my delivery from IKEA has been delayed for 7 calendar days after the expected date of delivery. One representative sent me to the other, and my order could not even be located and eventually was returned to storage for returned orders. I had to wait an extra couple of days after been promised that my delivery would arrive any time during the day. Totally unprofessional

After giving the delivery date and time interval in advance they also called me in a comfortable time before their arrival making it super easy to be at home at the right time.
