r	ranialoo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στειλαμε μια παραγγελια δυο πακετα με τροφιμα καταψυξης απο Αθηνα για Σαμο και ενω το πλοιο εφτασε στις 10 το πρωι(με καθυστερηση λογω καιρικων συνθηκων) η ωρα ειναι 19:15 το απογευμα και τα τροφιμα δεν εχουν σταλει ΑΚΟΜΑ στον προορισμο τους.Εχουμε παρει 3 φορες τηλεφωνο για υπενθυμιση και μας μιλουσαν με υφος σε φαση «που να ξερω εγω τι ωρα θα τα παμε,λογικα σε 1-2 ωρες» απο τις 5 και 5:30 πηραν τηλεφωνο το ατομο που ειναι να τα παραλαβει οτι το παιδι τα παει απ το σπιτι και ακομα δεν εχει παει κανενας.Απλα απαραδεκτη εξυπηρετηση.Κριμα… We sent an order for two packages of frozen food from Athens to Samos and while the ship arrived at 10 in the morning (with a delay due to weather conditions) the time is 19:15 in the afternoon and the food has not been sent to their destination YET.
