Today is Sunday 18/10 and I am waiting fro them since 14/10 that they told they were going to deliver my furniture. For the past 5 days I was calling them several times a day and they never actually called or told me anything they just called me twice to tell me they are coming 1-4pm and they NEVER showed. By far the worst company. 0 communication 0 professionalism. Do not get involved with them.
C	Chris Gadget on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery from IKEA delayed (it was sent to them on 7/12 delivered on 22/12), the guy that delivered was rude, the order was incomplete and badly handled, stop using them please. Update 29/12: Have contacted IKEA (which were very helpful) about this incident, they told me they would pass on the complaints, DELATOLAS would contact me ASAP and that my lost item would get priority. Guess what? I'm still waiting! SHAME ON YOU, this is so unprofessional and if you cannot handle the work load either hire people or close your business. UNACCEPTABLE.
L	LKZero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company in the world. They didn't deliver my 500€ item in the time THEY proposed, neither they called me to inform me. Since then, I have called them like 20 times to ask when my item will be delivered (this item is very crucial and I have already my business losses). Their answer until today is that they do what they can and they will "call be back in 10 minutes". Never they call me back. I'm starting to believe that this is not a real company and my item has been stolen. My 500€ are gone and I don't have the courage to buy from somewhere else. I don't know what to do.

They can never give us any information about the location of the Kitschen, they always say that they will call back and they never do, they make appointments and then they just don't show up. Their call-center is a complete disaster because they can never give any information, they just promise to call back which of course they never do. Avoid at any cost.
E	Elizabeth Legate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the company that works with IKEA in Athens. It has been an absolutely terrible and tiring experience and it still isn't solved. Because of this courier I will not be ordering from IKEA again. Courier simply doesn't show up. The people on the phone left me on hold until the company closed for the night and then simply cut me off. I had to call them multiple times to rearrange the pick up of items they have been commissioned to return buy IKEA and they still have not solved this!! Oh and in addition, part of the reason I have to contact them about this return at all is because they delivered me an item meant for Athens Atrium and refused to remove it again when I explained that it's not mine.

No usage of bubble wrapping at all, even when packing glass and PC desktop screen. Of course, the desktop screen was damaged. Even though, the agreement was to use a lift for moving the sofa, they instead used ropes for lifting and damaged it. They truly NEVER call back, exactly as all the people in the comments mention. Totally unprofessional at all levels.
