Αν μπορούσε η κοπέλα στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο να σε βρίσει κιολας, θα το έκανε επειδη πηρες να το ρωτήσεις τι γίνετε τη καθυστερημένη παράδοση. Αλλα να σε χρεώνουν πιο ακριβά από άλλες εταιρείες το ξέρουν καλά!! Ποτε ξανα!! Unacceptable in terms of speed and rude at the call center. Όλη μέρα στο σπίτι και στο μπαλκόνι, δεν εμφανίστηκε κάνεις. Αν δεν μπορείτε κλειστε το μαγαζί. Όλα αρνητικά σχόλια είναι. Unacceptable. Κ σήμερα με παίρνουν στις 12 κ μου λένε σε μισή ώρα ερχόμαστε κ έχει πάει 4 κ δεν ακούστηκαν! Τους παίρνω τηλ κ μου λένε α ξέρετε δεν είχε φορτωθεί η ντουλάπα! Ε όχι ! Είστε απαράδεκτοι !!

Επειδή στο site το tracking βγάζει μόνο παραλαβή και επεξεργασια, είπα να τους πάρω τηλέφωνο, απλά να ρωτήσω πάνω κάτω πια μέρα θα έρθει για να είμαι στο γραφείο να το παραλάβω. Στο τηλεφονο μου είπε μια κοπέλα πρέπει να καλέσετε στο τάδε νούμερο και να πατήσετε το 406. Πολυ ωραία, καλώ, πατάω το 406 και μου βγαίνει ρομπότ και λέει μετά το μπιπ ηχογράφηστε το μυνημα σας.. Απλά γελάω.. Ξανακαλω και περιμένω 10 λεπτά στην αναμονή. Δεν εμφανίζεται υπάλληλος και το κλείνω. Η καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω λάβει στην ζωή μου.. ?? Μπράβο παιδιά!
