Μεγάλη καθυστέρηση χωρίς καμία προειδοποίηση ή εκτίμηση για το πότε θα γίνει η παράδοση, με πήγαιναν από μέρα σε μέρα, καμία συνεννόηση με το γραφείο και οι μεταφορείς αγενέστατοι. Δεν θα ξαναπροτιμηθούν

Long delay without any warning or estimation as to when the delivery would take place, with me going from day to day, no consultation with the office and the shippers unhappy. They will not be re-preferred

They were late to bring the parcel and lied to a relative of mine that they did not receive anything while 2 days ago I was told that they had received the parcel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ υποθέτω πως το προσωπικό της mytrans δεν θέλει να δουλέψει και ψάχνει δικαιολογίες να για να μην δέχεται τα δέματα αλλά τουλάχιστον πείτε μας από την αρχή να γνωρίζουμε για να μην χάνουμε τον χρόνο μας
I guess mytrans staff do not want to work and are looking for excuses not to accept the parcels but at least tell us from the beginning to know so as not to waste our time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εχω δει χειροτερη βλαχιά και αντιεπαγγελματισμο σε μεταφορικη και εχω και μια εμπειρια σε αυτα. Οι ανθρωποι στελνουν ενα φορτηγο στη θεσσαλονικη ανα μια εβδομαδα και αυτο αν! Παραγγελια με κωδικο να βλεπεις οτι εχει φτασει στο χωρο τους εδω και μερες και να σου λενε στο τηλεφωνο οτι δεν υπαρχει και να σου λεει να ψαξεις στην Αθηνα. Τηλεφωνικο κεντρο η Μαρια με την τσιχλα να σου μιλαει λες και της χρωστας λεφτα. Μεταφορικη-Φαντασμα. Μην κανετε το λαθος και την προτιμησετε. Ειλικρινα χανεις χρονο απο την ζωη σου. Μακρυα που θα παει ειτε θα αλλαξει ειτε θα κλεισει.
I have not seen worse nonsense and unprofessionalism in transport and I have an experience in them. People send a truck to Thessaloniki every week and that's it! Orders with a code to see that it has arrived at their place for days and to tell you on the phone that it does not exist and to tell you to search in Athens. Call center Maria with the chewing gum talking to you as if she owes her money. Metaphorical-Ghost. Do not make the mistake of choosing it. You are honestly wasting time in your life. It will go far, it will either change or it will close.
