Hotel staff from the front recep to the breakfast room boy to the cleaning aunties are all very friendly, polite and professional and all speak good English. Room was clean, with cleaning services everyday. Comfy bed, aircon/heater working normal, room wifi is good (sure a few deadspots here and there but overall good), toilet is excellent with strong shower. No bidets, though, but i think it's just an European thing haha. Location of hotel, like what the other reviewers have said is a little bit sketchy. I travel solo and i'm a guy (obv) and i've walked the neighbourhood late a night to get supper and i've been okay. But i generally wouldn't recommend it, just because of the shady characters hanging around. However, daytime is absolutely safe and nice and this area is where you want to be to get the cheapest food from local cafes, diners and supermarkets with friendly local people. Would i recommend staying here? yes, if you are like me, looking for authentic away from the main tourist strips stays.

Stayed a total of 12 days and really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was always fresh and presented in a very hygienic atmosphere with all the SOPs followed. Will definitely visit again when travelling to Greece in future.

The location was perfect, with a peaceful church directly in front and a lovely square to look onto. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine which was so kind :) Would definitely recommend, the breakfast was super tasty as well. Thanks !

Breakfast menu satisfied all. Walking distance to all main attractions I would stay there again. Great value

Highly recommended if you want to experience a slightly different Athens neighbourhood. Public transport is everywhere. and

The room was good and the breakfast was delicious. The decor inside the hotel reception was very nice and traditional . Would stay here again and request a quieter room.
