I did not believe it. Until I called to make an appointment for service .. Only I did not eat wood. Too bad really.

Συνιστώ την εταιρεία ανεπιφύλακτα! I am a new owner of a Wolkswagen Tiguan and I am very happy with the service. The staff is very trained and helpful and the management of the company is excellent. There was also help in selling my older vehicle at a very good price. I highly recommend the company!
Ε	Ελένη Γεωργουδάκη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε συνέχεια του κάτωθι μηνύματος και της απάντησης που αναρτήσατε: 1) ευτυχώς που υπάρχει το google review και έτσι πληροφορήθηκα την κατάσταση του αυτοκινήτου μου αλλά και 2) για πληροφόρηση μελλοντικών υποψήφιων πελατών σας. Ουδέποτε μου απαντήσατε στα δύο emails που σας έχω στείλει και την Παρασκευή 21/01. Όντως καλέσατε για να μου ζητήσετε να επιστρέψω το clio για ένα test drive υποψήφιου αγοραστή. Είναι υποχρέωση της εταιρείας να δίνει άλλο αυτοκίνητο στον πελάτη, όταν μάλιστα του έχει παραδόσει ολοκαίνουργιο αυτοκίνητο, το οποίο έχει βλάβες. Η κα Ροδοπούλου προθυμοποιήθηκε να το δώσει σε αντίθεση με την απροθυμία από το συνεργείο σας, που μου είπε ότι δε διαθέτει αυτοκίνητο για τέτοιες περιπτώσεις. Λυπάμαι για την επιλογή που έκανα να εμπιστευτώ την εταιρεία σας για την αγορά καινούργιου αυτοκινήτου. Ακολουθεί η αρχική κριτική που αναρτήθηκε 25/01: Παρέλαβα απο την αντιπροσωπεία το Dacia sandero stepway την Παρασκευή 15 Ιανουαρίου και στα πρώτα λεπτά έπρεπε να το πάω στο συνεργείο καθώς άναψαν διάφορες ενδείξεις. Εδώ και 5 μέρες δεν έχω λάβει καμία ενημέρωση για το αυτοκίνητο. Αρχικά μου είπαν ότι ήταν θέμα βαλβίδας ψύξης κι αφού την αντικατέστησαν έδειξε κι άλλη βλάβη. Ολοκαίνουργιο αυτοκίνητο έχει κλείσει 10 μέρες (στις 25/01)στο συνεργείο (για την ακρίβεια στο υπόγειο του συνεργείου, όπως το είδα την προηγούμενη Πέμπτη). Απλά απαράδεκτοι..Έχω στείλει μήνυμα στην αντιπροσωπεία της Dacia και θα ακολουθήσουν και άλλα. Καλό είναι να απαντάται επωνύμως στα reviews, όπως και εμείς επωνύμως τα αναρτάμε. Following is the message below and the reply you posted: 1) fortunately there is a google review and so I was informed about the condition of my car and 2) to inform your prospective potential customers. You never answered the two emails I sent you on Friday 21/01. You did call to ask me to return the clio for a prospective buyer test drive. It is the company's obligation to give another car to the customer, when in fact it has delivered a brand new car, which is damaged. Ms. Rodopoulou was willing to give it in contrast to the reluctance of your crew, who told me that she does not have a car for such cases. I'm sorry for the choice I made to trust your company to buy a new car. The following is the original review posted on 01/25: I received the Dacia sandero stepway from the dealership on Friday, January 15th and in the first minutes I had to take it to the workshop as various indications came on. I have not received any information about the car for 5 days. Initially I was told that it was a cooling valve issue and after they replaced it it showed another fault. A brand new car has been closed for 10 days (on 25/01) in the garage (to be precise in the basement of the garage, as I saw it last Thursday). Just unacceptable..I have sent a message to the Dacia dealership and more will follow. It is good to respond to the reviews by name, as we post them by name.
