★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As long as i live, I have never met such a dilatory in appointing a single day that i could pick up my car. I've been waiting for my car for 1+ month (!!?!?) While other garages will do the same job in 1 week! The people who work at that garage are unbelivable !!! They fill you with lies while they try to complain about their incapacity to fix your car and on top of all that is that the insurance company has completely different dates of various approvals and stuff like that. These dudes will say to you that your car will be ready for a certain date and then they will postpone that date again ... and again ... and again. This is happening to me for almost a month now. They have been posponing the date that I could pick up my car every week for almost a month !!! If you want to fix your car ... go anywhere else except these guys there. If you want especially the BMW / MINI representative go to the nearest city.
Still my car is in their hands and I'm really sorry about it.
