M	Maria Vouraki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να βάλω -5 αστέρια, ειλικρινά θα το έκανα. Κανένα ίχνος επαγγελματισμού κ ευγένειας. Η κοπέλα που σηκώνει τα τηλέφωνα, λογικά έπινε στημένο λεμόνι πιο πριν, τα άτομα που σε προωθεί να μιλήσεις μαζί τους για να εξηγήσεις τι πρόβλημα υπάρχει , μιλάνε με με ύφος 1000 καρδιναλίων και έπαρση, λες και διαχειρίζονται το Μπάκιγχαμ, το Τατζ Μαχάλ και τον Λευκό οίκο και μου κάνουν χάρη που μου φέρνουν το ταπεινό δεματάκι μου. Σημαντικό να αναφέρω το ειρωνικό '' κοπελιά άκου'' στην αρχή κάθε πρότασης. Τη προηγούμενη φορά το δέμα που περίμενα στη Θεσσαλονίκη έφτασε στη Κοζάνη κ αυτό το ανακαλύψαμε μετά από 30 λεπτά επικοινωνίας και επαφή με άλλα 4 άτομα. Τώρα είχαν σημειώσει λάθος ότι θα το έπαιρνα εγώ η ίδια από το χώρο τους και περίμενα 10 μέρες να έρθει το δέμα σπίτι μου. Η απάντηση ήταν '' έχουν φύγει κοπελιά για σήμερα τα φορτηγά θα στο φέρουμε αύριο'' . Μιλάμε για ένα δέμα με τρόφιμα τα οποία guess what? ΧΑΛΑΝΕ. Το παιδί που σήκωσε το τηλέφωνο και άκουσε όλη τη κατσάδα, φυσικά και δεν έφταιγε και ειλικρινά λυπάμαι. Υ.Γ από τη συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική παίρνω δέματα τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια και κάθε φορά ήταν και χειρότεροι. If I could put -5 stars, I honestly would. No trace of professionalism and courtesy. The girl who picks up the phones, logically drank lemonade before, the people who promote you to talk to them to explain what the problem is, talk to me in the style of 1000 cardinals and arrogance, as if they manage Buckingham, the Taj Mahal and White house and they do me a favor by bringing me my humble package. It is important to mention the ironic "listen girl" at the beginning of each sentence. Last time the package I was waiting for in Thessaloniki arrived in Kozani and we discovered this after 30 minutes of communication and contact with 4 other people. Now they had made a mistake that I would take it myself from their place and I waited 10 days for the parcel to come to my house. The answer was "girls are gone for today, we will bring the trucks tomorrow". We are talking about a package with food which guess what? DAMAGED. The kid who picked up the phone and heard the whole scolding, of course, was not to blame and I honestly regret it. PS from the specific transport I have been receiving parcels for the last 3 years and each time they were worse.
Μ	Μιχαλης Χατζηιωαννου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ζητησαν να πληρωσω ξανα μεταφορικα ενω ειχαν πληρωθει απο τον αποστολεα. Τα πληρωσα αλλα μετα απο επικοινωνια μου με το αποστολεα μου επιβεβαιωσε οτι ηταν πληρωμενα. Οταν πηγα να το επισημανω στο" γραφειο"' με αντιμετωπισαν σαν κοινο απατεωνα που ηθελε να γλυτωσει το ποσο. Μαλιστα μου ειπαν να παρω εγω ο ιδιος τηλ στην Αθηνα και να λυσω το προβλημα. Μετα απο επιμονη μου πηραν τηλ και καταλαβαν το λαθος τους . Αντι για μια απλη συγνωμη η αντιμετωπιση ηταν " παρε τα λεφτα σου και τα λαδια σου και φυγε'". Μαλιστα μια κυρια μου τα πεταξε επιδικτηκα πανω στο γραφειο.. Αν εχετε αλλη εναλακτικη λοιπον μακρυα απο εκει. They asked me to pay for shipping again while they were being paid by the sender. If you have another alternative, stay away from it.

Π	ΠΑΝΑΓΙΩΤΗΣ ΑΝΔΡΕΣΑΚΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επαγγελματίες!! Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί! Παραλάβαμε την επόμενη κιόλας μέρα χωρίς καθυστερήσεις και καταστροφές των εμπορευμάτων! Το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο έχει λίγο παραπάνω αναμονή αλλά θεωρώ αυτό γίνεται του μεγάλου όγκου δουλειάς που έχει προς εξυπηρέτηση. Τιμές πολύ καλές ειδικά για επαγγελματίες. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα είναι πολύ καλοί στην δουλειά τους! Professionals !! Very helpful and polite! We received the very next day without delays and destruction of the goods! Their call center has a little more waiting but I think this is due to the large volume of work it has to be served. Very good prices especially for professionals. I highly recommend they are very good at their job!

Μου είχαν πει άλλη τιμή και μετά χρέωσαν παραπάνω χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση μάλλον πρέπει να ξέρουμε από μόνοι μας το κοστολόγιο γιατί δεν μπαίνουν στον κόπο να εξυπηρετήσουν. Και όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο να αναφέρω το γεγονός με αμφισβητούσαν. Απαράδεκτοι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξανασυνεργαστώ. No information on shipping costs.
