Amazing!!! Could not possibly fault Delta Suites. Stefania is just fabulous. The jacuzzi is superb, very clean villa, complete basic amenities.. just top notch

We planned on our 02 week travel to Santorini and Athens for our honeymoon in February 2020. We booked Delta suites about 05 or 06 months in advance as we wanted to secure our room as we did with all other hotels. However, due to COVID hitting it's peak during this time and International travel being banned, we were forced to cancel our travel, which was heart wrenching. As we had booked all our hotels through FindmyFare on non-refundable basis, all other hotels in Santorini and Athens were humane enough to understand the situation and made a full refund of our booking value EXCEPT Delta Suites. Delta Suites simply refused to make a refund as it was under non-refundable basis. We even got a full refund of the flight ticket which was booked through Qatar Airways. We were utterly disappointed with the response of Delta Suites as this was the most expensive hotel we had booked for our honeymoon and the hotel we were most looking forward to. However, this incident made us realize that even when there are humane and understanding individuals, there are money minded businessmen who are solely focused on only making money from their business even during an unavoidable pandemic situation rather than keeping their customers satisfied or even showing some sort of flexibility. This goes to show that even though you have one of the best properties in the area with amazing views, your customer service holds the key to taking the property from good to amazing.

Wonderful experience staying in the cave house, even during winter season! The plunge pool had clean and warm water, and had good privacy. A glass of wine, amazing view of the caldera, a soak in the pool, best holiday!

Excellent. Iron and great hair dryer. Great decor and lovely staff. There's even a phone to use. Hot tub was excellent. Amazing views and a door step away from all the sunset photos spots

Superb place to stay ! right in center of Oia Caldera view, with a private hot water pool Cave , nice and well furnished house and Kitchen and a splendid host. Travellers tip: you can have beautiful peaceful views for sunrise and sunsets, walk through Oia shops and though stairs and still be close to home! Add a day extra in your trip, as I did, just to enjoy Delta Suites!

5 stars doesn’t even seem like enough. The service was unbeatable, so friendly and kind. They are truly there for anything you could need. If you have any doubts about booking it, don’t. Even in the off season it was AMAZING. The best location, you can walk to all the best spots, food, and shops. The best view I have ever seen in my life and getting to wake up to it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. (Also if you love cats, I’ve named this one Burt, buy him some dry food from the market nearby and he will snuggle you and sleep on your lap. He is the sweetest please give him extra food from me. I would have taken him home if I could.) Could not recommend enough.
