J	Janice Sessing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Likes: Perfect for long weekend getaway of 2-3 days. Close to everything (restaurants, sights). Banks and grocery store very close by. On a side street tucked away from busy main streets. 2 min walk to Ammon Express tour pick up at Hotel Capsis. Safe neighborhood despite graffiti on the block. Easy access to airport bus. On main bus lines. Property recently renovated so clean lines inside the building. Easy to come/go. Dislikes: No permanent on-site presence. Check-in can be tricky if delayed at airport and you miss your window. Eventually discovered contact via WhatsApp works best with Dimitris. Orientation information in the room for the building to include WiFi code, refresh period, emergency contact would have been helpful. Need hooks in bathroom (room 104); towels don't dry well making refresh on towels/sheets every 2 or 3 days difficult.Overall: Would recommend working out details ahead of time and be persistent.

Communication with this Apartments owner ? -100% Do you want something know? - no chance contact them, And if you call, they'll tell you they don't have time right now. I have been in contact with countless people from hotels, but this is a real disaster.
A	A Campbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid! I had an awful experience with this company. The apartment was unkept and unclean, with barely any facilities. The building also has a bad smell throughout. I booked 11 nights here and left after the first night to find somewhere else! They agreed a refund before I handed back the keys, but have since refused! They may well have been good (pre COVID-19). But unfortunately, they are now operating a very unsanitary and untrustworthy business on every level! Avoid!

L	Lukasz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel looks nice clean and modern for good price, close to kolomvou bus stop (from and to airport) and train and bus station. Was there 2 times in one room kitchen was empty ( no kettle microwave or something for boil water) but in another room everything was on it's place. Got 2 WiFi passwords non of it was working so no WiFi. But anyway it's in city centre for pretty good price.

The walls are moldy, wet and in some places there are holes in the wall. The apartment wasn't cleaned before our arrival, there was another's trash in the bin! The cauch was smelly, there's yellow spots on the pillow and I would countine it 'til at night. I wrote a letter to the owner that It's not what I booked but i didn't get any response! I wrote two letter of complaint to Booking.com but I still don't get an answer from them either. I wish I checked the accomodation in Google reviews before our travel. Shame on you, you disgusting provider, who deceives people!

There was a huge bug in the house, this was not the house I chose from booking.com, there are broken materials in the bathroom that need to be repaired. The springs of the bed inside the house crushed my back, the traces of the springs appeared on my back. I would be more comfortable if I slept in the car... as a result; It's not worth the money, I'm wasting my time and money on this house. most of all the "bed" was very very bad
