★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo la descrizione non corrisponde alla realtà bagno rotto, niente macchina del caffè, abbiamo atteso 2 ore per il check in nonostante avessimo espressamente richiesto di farlo la mattina alle 10:00 siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera alle 17:00! Non esiste TV satellitare non c'erano pentole per cucinare posto squallido, mal ridotto, frequentato da persone ambigue, sconsiglio vivamente!
 Bad description does not correspond to reality broken bathroom, no coffee machine, we waited 2 hours for check in despite having specifically requested to do it in the morning at 10:00 we were able to enter the room at 17:00! There is no satellite TV there were no pots to cook shabby place, poorly reduced, frequented by ambiguous people, I strongly advise against!

Κλείσαμε 6 βράδια στο κατάλληλα . Τα δωμάτια βρόμικα , απεριποίητα , ο καναπές χαλασμένος -σπασμένος , η τουαλέτα μέσα στη βρομιά από τους τοίχους μέχρι την ντουζιέρα . Οι τοίχοι με λεκέδες . Σερβίτσια δεν είχε . Οι παροχές που ήταν μέσα στην τιμή δεν δόθηκαν ποτε . Μας έβαλαν σε λάθος δωμάτιο του οποίου η τιμή στο μπουκινγκ ήταν φθηνότερη από ότι είχα κλείσει εγώ . Οι υπεύθυνοι απαράδεχτοι , το προσωπικό απαράδεχτο . δεν μπορείς να συνεννοηθείς . Κάναμε 4 μέρες να βγάλουμε άκρη με τους ανθρώπους στο απλό αίτημα μας να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο , η να μας αποζημιώσουν για το ΛΑΘΟΣ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΠΟΥ ΜΑΣ ΕΔΩΣΑΝ(την διαφορά τιμής των δωματίων) , να μας παρέχουν αυτά που πληρώσαμε , να καθαρίσουν η και να αλλάξουν τα σπασμένα πράγματα που είχαν μέσα στ δωμάτιο . Το πιο αστείο; όταν τους λες ότι ούτε τα βασικά δεν έχετε μέσα στο δωμάτιο , από αυτά που ΠΛΗΡΩΣΑ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΕΧΩ , σου λένε : Τι να κάνουμε μας τα κλέβουν!!. Πραγματικά ΜΗΝ ΤΟ ΕΠΙΛΕΞΕΤΕ , ΕΙΝΑΙ ΚΛΕΦΤΕ

We booked 6 nights at the appropriate. The rooms are dirty, untidy, the sofa is broken, the toilet in the dirt from the walls to the shower. The walls with stains. He did not have dishes. The benefits that were in the price were never given. They put us in the wrong room whose booking price was cheaper than I had booked. Responsible unacceptable, staff unacceptable. you can not communicate. We took 4 days to get rid of the people in our simple request to change our room, or to compensate us for the WRONG ROOM THEY GAVE US (the difference in the price of the rooms), to provide us with what we paid, to clean or to change the broken things they had in the room. The funniest? when you tell them that you do not even have the basics in the room, from what I PAID TO HAVE, they tell you: What can we do, they steal them from us !!. REALLY DO NOT CHOOSE IT, IT'S STEAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did get different, apartment from the one I've booked. Half of the things from description are missing. It would be absolutely fine if the owner would be honest. Nice pictures and that's about it. Do not expect that, when you arrive. Poor customer service.

I made a booking to stay in one of their apartments in Thessaloniki in August. Due to the coronavirus restrictions in Thessaloniki, we had to cancel our visit to Thessaloniki. However, we had to travel to Thessaloniki only in order to catch our return flight back to Germany. After contacting them, they offered us to stay in a different apartment which we didn't book on a random basis.
We were quite shocked by seeing the condition of that apartment. It was not at all cleaned before offering it to us. I don’t know how they can be so ignorant in this Coronavirus crisis situation. I don’t think they follow any safety guidelines for the safety of their guests. Please be very careful in choosing to stay in their apartments. You would be taking a great risk in the current situation.
After going through so much stress, they offered to stay in another apartment which was not too bad.
