J	Jamila Wilcke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe leider im Urlaub Zahnschmerzen bekommen, obwohl ich in der Vorwoche extra in Deutschland nochmal zum Zahnarzt bin. Haben diese Praxis bei Maps gefunden und wurden auch von unserer Hotelrezeption dorthin vermittelt, bzw. wurde von unserer Rezeptionistin direkt ein Termin am gleichen Tag eine Stunde später gemacht. Der Zahnarzt spricht gutes Englisch und hat mein Anliegen sofort verstanden und hatte direkt auch eine Ahnung, was das Problem sein könnte. Nachdem er sich alles angesehen hat, lief es auf eine Wurzelbehandlung hinaus. Ich habe die Spritze und alles was danach passiert ist nicht ein bisschen gemerkt. Er war super lieb und hat immer gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er hat die Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie die Behandlung komplett allein durchgeführt und war dabei sehr gewissenhaft und ordentlich. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Dazu muss man sagen, dass die Zahnärzte nicht wirklich viel Geld verdienen (die Praxen sind also nicht so super modern wie in Deutschland), aber dennoch völlig ausreichend ausgestattet und am Ende kommt es ja auf die Expertise des Zahnarztes an. Ich kann diese Praxis also besten Gewissens jedem empfehlen, der im Urlaub leider auch wohl oder übel den Gang zum Zahnarzt wagen muss. Preislich liegt man dort auch deutlich unter den üblichen Behandlungskosten in Deutschland. Unfortunately I got a toothache while on vacation, even though I went to the dentist in Germany the week before. We found this practice on Maps and were also referred there by our hotel reception, or an appointment was made directly by our receptionist on the same day an hour later. The dentist speaks good English and immediately understood my concern and had an immediate idea of what the problem could be. After looking at everything, it boiled down to a root canal treatment. I have the syringe and everything that happened after that has not been noticed a bit. He was super nice and always asked if everything was okay. He carried out the preparation and follow-up work as well as the treatment entirely by himself and was very conscientious and tidy. I felt very well looked after. It has to be said that the dentists do not really earn a lot of money (so the practices are not as super modern as in Germany), but they are still fully equipped and in the end it depends on the expertise of the dentist. I can therefore recommend this practice with a clear conscience to anyone who unfortunately has to dare to go to the dentist while on vacation. In terms of price, they are also well below the usual treatment costs in Germany.

Der Arzt war sehr behutsam, es war schmerzlos und er hat oft nachgefragt ob auch wirklich alles OK ist und für eine angenehme Atmosphäre gesorgt. Early hours of the morning I was in severe pain and at 4 am made a call to Dr. George Vardakis. He answered my call and was happy to see me for an appointment that morning. I was extremely grateful for this. The care I received was fantastic. Dr. George Vardakis was highly professional, caring and very informative. I ended up had a surgical extraction with a bone graft. The procedure was painless and I had a very good recovery. I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday with my family. I would recommended Dr. George Vardakis for anyone who finds themselves requiring emergency dental care while In Crete.

The pricing was clear from the beginning and comparably cheap for german standards. Equipment, material, and procedures are modern and high quality.

Dr. Vardakis is excellent; personable, professional and meticulous. He has cleaned my teeth for first time and with his guidance and my improved self care, my teeth are in great shape. Though skeptical at first, I really like and trust him with my dental health. He is always smiling, friendly, and professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains procedures thoroughly. I visited Dr. Vardakis in November 2018 when he gave me very detailed information about the options and steps to be taken. The sharpening of all the teeth was performed in 1 single day, an experience that was entirely painless. The doctor was very careful, took his time and I felt very comfortable during this rather awkward process. Only 10 working days later my new crowns were ready ( on the day I was promised). They fitted perfectly and I was thrilled with the result. They look very natural, nobody ever noticed they are crowns and I have been overloaded with compliments ever since . To conclude I am very happy with both the quality and the service provided. Dr. Vardakis is very professional and although I fear the dentist chair, I felt at ease all the time.
