Δυστυχώς μέχρινα γίνουν μαζικές απολύσεις στο δημόσιο και ιδιοτικοποίηση των πάντων αυτη θα είναι η μοιρα μας.. They never pick up the phone, non-existent. Μηδέν εξυπηρέτηση μηδέν λειτουργικότητα κλασσικό υπουργείο...Ελλάς στο μεγαλείο της... Και το ένα αστέρι πολύ του είναι.. They do not even answer the phones that are available. Παρέλαβα το δίπλωμα οδήγησης μου μετά από 5+ μήνες αναμονής και έγραφε πάνω λάθος στοιχεία. Όταν με πήραν τηλέφωνο μετά από email που έστειλα γιατί τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάνε ούτε με θαύμα , ο υπάλληλος με ενημέρωσε για τη διαδικασία που έπρεπε να ακολουθήσω για την επανεκτύπωση του διπλώματος με κόστος εννοείται. Όταν απάντησα ότι δε γίνεται να πληρώσω εγώ ΞΑΝΑ το δικό τους λάθος έλαβα την φοβερή απάντηση "Ρε φίλε θες δίπλωμα; Αν θες πλήρωσε αλλιώς δίπλωμα δεν έχει " (δεν έδωσα το γνωστό λαδάκι για να γίνουν όπως πρέπει ). Έχω απευθυνθεί ήδη στον συνήγορο του καταναλωτή για τον "κύριο" Τσιλιγιάννη. Προσέχετε εκεί στο υπουργείο μην τυχόν χάσετε τέτοια κελεπούρια It is a pity that so many people are unemployed and some people in there are paid normally without stress (at least this one). s	sevi salpea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύσκολα σήκωσαν το τηλέφωνο και που το σήκωσαν δηλαδή μου είπαν να πάω χωρίς ραντεβού ενώ τελικά ήθελε ραντεβού. Επίσης στο τηλέφωνο δεν ήξεραν τι δικαιολογητικά να πάρω μαζί μου για δελτίο στάθμευσης ΑΜΕΑ μάλιστα μου είπαν "ελάτε εδώ να σας πουν". Γενικά υπολειτουργεί δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό. Ευτυχώς έπεσα σε έναν πολύ εξυπηρετικό κύριο που με κατεύθυνε αναλόγως σε συνάδελφο επίσης πολύ εξυπηρετικη και τα 3 αστέρια τα βάζω μόνο για αυτούς τους υπαλλήλους. Γενικά δεν υπάρχει κανείς να ελέγχει ούτε για κοβιντ και σαν κτίριο δεν είναι καθόλου καθαρό. Ετυχε να απαντησει μια πριν καποιες βδομαδες (τοτε που πηρα την πρωτη φορα στο υπουργειο), και παλι τοτε δεν απαντησε κανεις με την πρωτη φορα αλλα την τριτη - και εχψ παρει δεκαδεσ τηλ. μεχρι τωρα. Προκειται για ανανεωση αδειας διπλωμα ΙΧ - η οποια εκδόθηκε σε αλλη ΕΕ-χωρα. Η συγκεκριμενη μου εδωσε τηλ. και email για το υπεθυνο τμημα για ανανεωσεις κλπ, ΑΛΛΑ μου εδωσε και ενα email που δεν υπαρχει καν! Μαλλον δεν χρειαζεται ΚΑΝ να παει καποιος σε υπουργειο της περιοχης που μείνει, δεν γνωρίζω ακριβως αυτη τι στιγμη. Αλλα. Επισης δοκιμασα, εφόσον μενω προσωρινα Αθηνα μονιμα εδω και 5 χρονια τωρα, να παρω σχεδόν σε ΟΛΑ τα υπουργεια μεταφορων της Αθηνας και ΚΑΝΕΝΑΣ δεν σήκωσε το τηλεφωνο που εχει στο Google. Μερικές φορες τυχαινει να ειναι λάθος και υπαρχει και το vrisko.gr, αλλα λέμε αθλιοτητα της αριστερας και συγκεκριμενα της Νεας Δημοκρατιας. Σύντομη σύνοψη. Τωρα πρεπει εγω προφανως να φυγω απο την δουλεια, να παω στο "υπουργειο", και να φτιαξω το ενα και το αλλο εκει. Καποια μερα, κατα καποιον τροπο, θα δώσουν ορισμένοι ΠΙΣΩ τα χρηματα που αδικα που πρεπει να σπαταλησει καποιος νοήμον στην μπανανια αυτην. Για τον χρονο που παει χαμενος θα σας κανονισουμε αναλογα.
