(δυο ταμεια αδεια) ε δεν ξεραν κοιτουσε η μια την αλλη. Τελικα η γρια που φωναζε πριν μου λεει ελα. An old woman behind the cash register was grumbling and arguing with a customer. My turn is coming (empty inside out) telling me to cut a number. I cut a number I say where I go. (two cash registers) they did not know, they were looking at each other. D	D Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστο ΚΕΠ , κάτι που οφείλεται στο προσωπικό του. Αν και μένω πολύ μακρυά τους, πρακτικά είμαι δίπλα στο άλλο ΚΕΠ του Π. Φαλήρου, καταλήγω πάντα σε αυτούς για εξυπηρέτηση. Χαρακτηριστικό το πιο πρόσφατο συμβάν όπου ηλεκτρονική αίτησή μου στο άλλο ΚΕΠ επί 15 μέρες έμεινε αναπάντητη, ενώ σε αυτούς είχε ήδη διεκπεραιωθεί στη 2η εργάσιμη.. Κάθε φορά το ίδιο πράγμα, πρέπει να έρθουν σε επαφή με τους "συναδέλφους" τους στο άλλο ΚΕΠ μήπως κάνουν και αυτοί καμιά δουλειά. Επίσης, αξιοθαύμαστο ότι είναι οι μοναδικοί στη τριγύρω περιοχή που έχουν σύστημα ηλεκτρονικής εξυπηρέτησης(μέσω ΕΡΜΗΣ) και όντως το λειτουργούν. Ας διδάξουν και τους άλλους που αρνούνται επιτέλους. Και πάλι μπράβο. Excellent KEP, something due to its staff. Although I live very far from them, I am practically next to the other KEP of P. Faliro, I always end up with them for service. Typical is the most recent incident where my electronic application to the other KEP for 15 days went unanswered, while they had already been processed in the 2nd working day. they also do some work. Also, it is remarkable that they are the only ones in the surrounding area that have an electronic service system (via HERMES) and really operate it. Let them teach others who finally refuse. A	Alexandros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολλή ξινίλα και καμία διάθεση υπόδειξης προς διευκόλυνση του πολίτη. Το κλίμα ήταν σα να κάνουν αγγαρεία. Δε ξέρω αν έπεσα σε κακή μέρα, πάντως δε μου άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Παλιότερα στο ΚΕΠ της Θερμοπυλών η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ πιο φιλική. Παρόλα αυτά τη δουλειά μου την έκανα. Lots of sourness and no suggestion for the convenience of the citizen. The atmosphere was like chores. I do not know if I had a bad day, but it did not leave me with the best impressions. In the past, at the KEP of Thermopylae, the service was much friendlier. Nevertheless, I did my job.
