Άψογοι, επαγγελματίες, υποστηρικτικοί. After some sessions, everything went well and now I can say with certainty that I strongly recommend everyone to make an appointment at this clinic. Flawless, professional, supportive.
Σ	Σώζων Μπανάβος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ραντεβού στις 17:45 φτάνω στην ώρα μου. Βλέπω 4 άτομα μέσα αλλά δεν λέω τπτ κάθομαι αναμονή. Στις 18:00 φτάνει το επόμενο ραντεβού κάθεται αναμονή. Στις 18:20 φτάνει το επόμενο ραντεβού με παιδάκι και βλέποντας κόσμο λέει το εξής πολύ λογικό: " επειδή έχει το παιδί φροντιστήριο στις 19:00 ελπίζω να μην καθυστερήσουμε" .Το ραντεβού των 18:00 (μια κυρία) συζητάει με την μητέρα λέγοντας ότι κι εκείνη πρέπει να πάρει το παιδί της στις 19:00, αλλιώς θα της παραχωρούσε τη σειρά της. Στις 18:30 λοιπόν μετά από 45' αναμονής τελειώνει η γιατρός και η γραμματέας λέει στο ραντεβού των 18:00 να περάσει. Εκεί της αναφέρω ότι είμαι πριν την κυρία και μου λέει να κάνω λίγο υπομονή ( προφανώς θα έβαζε και το ραντεβού των 18:20 μετά). Τραγικό. Εάν μου είχε ζητήσει ευγενικά να παραχωρήσω τη θέση μου σε 2 μεταγενέστερα ραντεβού ισωςτο έκανα καθ'ότι γονιός κι εγώ αλλά το ότι με αγνόησε τόσο προκλητικά με εξόργισε. Χωρίς να κάνω σκηνή σηκώθηκα είπα ευχαριστώ κι έφυγα. Για τη γιατρό δεν έχω άποψη δε θέλω να την αδικήσω, το ένα αστέρι πάει για την συμπεριφορά, ούτε καν για την 45λεπτη αναμονή. Appointment at 17:45 I arrive on time. I see 4 people inside but I do not say tpt I am sitting waiting. At 18:00 the next appointment arrives sitting waiting. At 18:20 the next appointment with a child arrives and seeing people says the following very logical: "because the child has tutoring at 19:00 I hope we are not late". The appointment at 18:00 (a lady) talks to the mother saying that she too must pick up her child at 19:00, otherwise he would give her her turn. At 18:30, after 45 minutes of waiting, the doctor finishes and the secretary tells the 18:00 appointment to pass. There I tell her that I am before the lady and she tells me to be a little patient (obviously she would make the appointment at 18:20 after). Tragic. If he had politely asked me to give up my place in 2 subsequent appointments, I might have done so as a parent, but the fact that he ignored me so provocatively angered me. Without making a scene, I got up, said thank you and left. For the doctor I have no opinion and I do not want to wrong her, one star goes for the behavior, not even for the 45 minute wait.
