Όλες οι υπηρεσίες είναι άριστες και άμεσες και το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό με όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα. Τους ευχαριστούμε όλους!
 My family and I are clients at City Doctors because we get tested often and we need doctors because of our own and our parents' health problems.
All services are excellent and prompt and the staff polite and helpful with all the necessary measures. We thank them all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα 11/9 rapid για την εργασία και προσπαθώ μέχρι και τώρα 13/9 07:53 να εκτυπώσω τη βεβαίωση χωρίς να εμφανίζεται στο gov.gr Καλώ 07:51 μιλάω με κάποιο κύριο που απάντησε στο τηλ(δε μου έδινε όνομα παρά μόνο κος Βαγγέλης) του εξηγώ τα παραπάνω και μου απαντάει δε γνωρίζω γιατί το Σάββατο ήταν άλλος και υπήρχε πρόβλημα. Σε ερώτηση αν δε μου επιτρέψει ο εργοδότης μου να μπω, μου απαντάει θα είμαστε σε επικοινωνία και να δώσω το χαρτί με το αρνητικό τεστ. Απαντώ οτι αυτό δεν προβλέπεται αλλά μόνο απο το gov.gr και μου απαντάει δυστυχώς δεν ξέρω θα είμαστε σε επικοινωνία. Αυτά.
I did 11/9 rapid for work and I am still trying until 13/9 07:53 to print the certificate without appearing on gov.gr I call 07:51 I am talking to a gentleman who answered the phone (he only gave me a name but Mr. Vangelis) I explain the above and he answers me I do not know why Saturday was different and there was a problem. When asked if my employer does not allow me to enter, he answers I will be in touch and give the paper with the negative test. I answer that this is not provided but only by gov.gr and it answers me unfortunately I do not know we will be in contact. That's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και από την γιατρό και από τον κύριο στην ρεσεψιόν που με πήρε και μετά τηλέφωνο να ελέγξει ότι μου ήρθε το μέιλ με το PCR.
Very good service from both the doctor and the gentleman at the reception who picked me up and then called to check that I had received the PCR email.

Κάναμε rapid και μας διαβεβαίωσε η νοσηλεύτρια ότι θα ανέβουν τα αποτελέσματα στο gov.gr για να μπορούμε να κατεβάσουμε την βεβαίωση ηλεκτρονικά. Αυτό φυσικά δεν έγινε ποτέ, μόνο για να τσιμπήσουν τα χρήματα λένε και υπόσχονται τα πάντα.
Την ίδια μέρα πήρα τηλέφωνο το απόγευμα για να δω τι έχει γίνει και ο "άντρας" receptionist μου φώναζε στο τηλέφωνο και πούλαγε νταηλίκι. Η κοπέλα που μίλησα μετά πάλι έκανε την Κινέζα ότι δεν τα ανεβάζουν αυτοί (που τελικά ισχύει, άρα γιατί υποσχεστε κάτι που τελικά δεν κάνετε;) Ζήτησα τα χρήματα μου πίσω και το αρνήθηκε με την αιτιολογία ότι δεν είναι εκεί ο υπεύθυνος, αλλά να τα πάρετε τα χρήματα μπορείτε χωρίς τον υπεύθυνο..
Πραγματικά λυπάμαι τον χρόνο μου που κάθομαι και σχολιάζω την άθλια εξυπηρέτηση σας. Ελπίζω να σας ανήκει η επιχείρηση και τουλάχιστον να κερδίζετε από τα χρήματα που τόσο αδίστακτα κυνηγάτε.
The worst in service.
We did it quickly and the nurse assured us that the results will be uploaded to gov.gr so that we can download the certificate electronically. Of course, this never happened, just to make money, they say and promise everything.
The same day I got a phone call in the afternoon to see what had happened and the "male" receptionist was calling me on the phone and selling a diary. The girl I spoke to again told the Chinese that they do not raise them (which is true, so why do you promise something you do not?) I asked for my money back and she refused on the grounds that the person in charge is not there, but to get the money you can without the person in charge ..
I really regret my time sitting and commenting on your miserable service. I hope you own the business and at least make money from the money you are so ruthlessly chasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η μέχρι τώρα αξιολόγηση τους θα έλεγα ότι είναι άψογη, τουλάχιστον έτσι πίστευα. Μέχρι που έγινε το σοβαρό λάθος από το εργαστήριο που συνεργάζονται. Όταν θέλησα να τους ενημερώσω αντιμετώπισα ένα ευγενέστατο
υπάλληλο στη γραμματεία, που ο καημένος προσπαθούσε να δικαιολογήσει τα αδικαιολόγητα, και φυσικά τον υπογράφοντα γιατρό άφαντο. Μετά από δικές μου πιέσεις έμαθα ότι είναι διακοπές. Σίγουρα θα επανέλθω όχι τόσο για την αναστάτωση που περάσαμε και τα επιπλέον έξοδα, αλλά για τους ασθενείς που τους έχουν τυφλή εμπιστοσύνη.
I would say that their evaluation so far is impeccable, at least I thought so. Until the serious mistake was made by the laboratory they collaborate with. When I wanted to inform them I encountered a very gentleman
clerk at the secretariat, which the poor man was trying to justify, and of course the undersigned doctor. After my own pressure I learned that it is a vacation. I will definitely come back not so much for the inconvenience we went through and the extra costs, but for the patients who have blind trust in them.
