D	Dimitrios Varouxis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ έκανα παραγγελία στις 6/5/22 09:46 με αριθμό παραγγελίας 71530 . στις 12:43 μου ήρθε eMail ότι η παραγγελία μου είναι έτοιμη και να περάσω από το κατάστημα να την παραλάβω όπως και είχε συμφωνηθεί. στις 14:12 μίλησα τηλεφωνικά και μου επιβεβαίωσαν ότι η παραγγελία είναι έτοιμη να περάσω να την παραλάβω . στις 19:12 έφτασα στο κατάστημα και πήρα τηλέφωνο για να μπω να την παραλάβω και μου είπαν ότι είναι έτοιμη . μόλις μπήκα στο κατάστημα και πήγα να την παραλάβω μου είπαν ότι έκαναν λάθος και εάν θέλω να πάρω κάτι άλλο . η συμπεριφορά απαράδεκτη και εγώ έκανα κάποια χιλιόμετρα και έκανα έξοδα για να πάω εκεί και ούτε συγνώμη δεν ζήτησαν ούτε προσφέρθηκαν για την παραγγελία μου να μου την στείλουν έστω χωρίς χρέωση καθώς ήταν δικό τους λάθος . απλά είναι απαράδεκτοι Αρνητική αξιολόγηση I placed an order on 6/5/22 09:46 with order number 71530. at 12:43 I received an e-mail that my order is ready and I have to go through the store to receive it as agreed. at 14:12 I spoke by phone and they confirmed that the order is ready to be picked up. at 19:12 I arrived at the store and got a phone call to pick it up and they told me it was ready. as soon as I entered the store and went to pick it up they told me they were wrong and if I want to get something else. the behavior is unacceptable and I did a few kilometers and made expenses to go there and neither apologized nor offered for my order to send it to me even free of charge as it was their fault. they are simply unacceptable Negative evaluation
