Δεύτερη φορά που αγοράζω κάτι (δυστυχώς μικρής αξίας..) αλλά σίγουρα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από την ευγένεια , την εξυπηρέτηση και την άμεση ενημέρωση σχετικά με τα προϊόντα. Σίγουρα θα είναι η επιλογή μου στις επόμενες αγορές μου . :) 5 stars is not enough for this business. Second time I buy something (unfortunately of small value ..) but definitely completely satisfied with the courtesy, service and prompt information about the products. It will definitely be my choice in my next purchases. :)
V	Velvet Sailing on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με πήραν τηλέφωνο από το κατάστημα για να επιβεβαιώσουν ότι όντως είχα παραγγείλει τα σωστά προϊόντα διότι ήταν για διαφορετικά μοντέλα. Η κοπέλα ευγενέστατη και ενημερωμένη, με βοήθησε να εντοπίσω το λάθος μου στην παραγγελία και το διόρθωσε. Τέτοιου είδους αντιμετώπιση βλέπεις από πολύ λίγα καταστήματα. Μπράβο σας, η ελληνική αγορά έχει ανάγκη από επαγγελματίες σας εσάς. They called me from the store to confirm that I had indeed ordered the right products because they were for different models. The girl, very kind and informed, helped me to find my mistake in the order and corrected it. You see this kind of treatment from very few stores. Well done, the Greek market needs you professionals.
Κ	Κωνσταντίνος Φαγογένης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 06/01 Παραγγελία 08/01 Mail από εμένα για έλεγχο πορείας γιατί δε βλέπω να προχωράει. 10/01 Τηλ από το κατάστημα για διευκρινήσεις και μου λέει είμαστε οκ το στέλνω τώρα αμέσως αύριο πρωί παραλάμβανεις ( και αναμένω σχετικό μήνυμα με αριθμό αποστολής, σημαντικό για εμένα λόγω επαρχίας ) 11/01 Τηλ από εμένα. Ναι καλημέρα κλπ κλπ θέλω αριθμό γιατί είμαι επαρχία και δεν έρχεται κούριερ εδώ να δω που είμαστε, ο ίδιος τύπος που είχα μιλήσει την προηγούμενη και αρχίζει να τα μασάει, του λέω οκ δε βιάζομαι αν θέλεις στείλε μου ένα mail, ένα μήνυμα. Μου λέει οκ σε 5' Περνάει μια ώρα παίρνω τηλ ΔΕΝ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΕ ΚΑΝΕΙΣ Παίρνανε 2 ώρες τα ίδια, 3 ώρες, 5 ώρες (μάντεψτε....) 12/01 παρήγγειλα από αλλού και αύριο πρωί παραλαμβάνω (Νοικυρεμένα και ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΑ και με μήνυμα στο viber με αριθμό αποστολής) 06/01 Order 08/01 Mail from me for a course check because I do not see it going. 10/01 Phone from the store for clarifications and he tells me we are ok I send it now immediately tomorrow morning you receive (and I expect a relevant message with shipping number, important for me due to the province) 11/01 Tel from me. Το πρώτο πρόβλημα τους είναι ότι δεν απαντάνε το τηλέφωνο χρειάστηκε να τους πάρω δύο μέρες συνεχόμενα από 50 φορές την ημέρα για να απαντήσουν. Δεύτερον Αφού σου απαντήσουν το τηλέφωνο δε σου απαντάνε αν έχουνε το προϊόν που αναζήτησα σου λένε δώστε μας ένα τηλέφωνο και θα σας πάρουμε αργότερα Και τελικά δε με έχουνε πάρει δύο μέρες τώρα. Γενικότερα αυτό το μαγαζί έχει απαίσια οργάνωση δυστυχώς εγώ αυτό αυτό που ήθελα να πάρω Δεν θα το πάρω γιατί είναι πέντε μέρες που προσπαθώ συνολικά να τους επικοινωνήσω τους επικοινώνησα τελικά αλλά ακόμα δε με έχουνε πάρει πίσω να μου πουν αν υπάρχει το προϊόν ή όχι περιμένω δύο μέρες τώρα Την απάντηση τους αν το έχουνε και καλά είμαι σε αναμονή ουράς ψέματα που λένε αλλά τέλοσπαντων I put a star and that's a lot.
